I always try to use this location, my order is always correct and made well. The one time I ordered a drink that was a little low, they topped it up no problem right away.

We are frequent customers at this location - and our main reason for visiting this location is the staff. We always feel welcome, they greet us by name when we enter the store, service is personal and always correct. Even though they might be considered on the high side price wise, the welcome atmosphere and ambience tops that.

Worst coffee I have ever had the americano was so bad. I asked for room it was a quad shot but was so filled to top of cup and watery - had it remade. The barista argued with me and tried to tell me what an americano is. In my view an americano can have as much water or as little water as you want. Second americano was like tap water and was luke warm. Finally just asked for a coffee which was also luke warm. Ugh. From now on going to Serious Coffee.

Had a not so good experience today.I ordered a chestnut praline latte half sweet. When I got my order, it was a Creme Brule latte. I told the barista that they made me the wrong kind, hoping that they might correct it in which he responded "it went through as a creme brule latte" twice, to let me know that it was either on my the cashier's fault and not the barista which I already understood. They were busy so I decided not to bother and said this is fine. When I drank it, I realized it was SO SWEET.. where as I asked for half sweet. I realized the label said Creme Brule Latte with two pumps of Chestnut praline syrup so I am assuming I got one and a half times the syrup rather than half. I again didn't want to bother them to make another but I could not drink it so I approached the cashier to let her know and asked her to get me some frothed milk to mix in with in and lessen the sweetness. She seemed annoyed, grabbed me a cup of cold milk. I asked if I could have it frothed so it doesn't make the drink cold and she again seemed annoyed, made me feel badly that she could not take back the cold milk. I am not feeling very welcome by either employee right now so thought I'd mention it. I do not at all mind mistakes or having to wait when they are busy but making me feel badly about wanting the drink that I paid $7 for is not so good.

Very disappointed as I got my coffee this evening. Went in said hello, and told the barista I had a mobile order. She handed me the drink without saying a word. It was only until I asked her for a stir stick that she responded to my thank you with a "you're welcome". left and went to have my drink, but there was no whip cream with toppings. Disappointed to pay $8 for a plain latte with syrup??

This is the second time I’ve placed a mobile order and had to wait 15 to 20 minutes past the pickup time. Today I got told that I have to let them know when I’m there, which I had done as soon as I arrived. You may as well just go in and order in line, you’ll get it faster.

Cute girl gave me my birthday drink even though I'm one day past and forgot to use it. I love Starbucks.

Pretty slow service and not good for mobile orders since they don't process them evenly with in person ones. Mall is also a maze to drive through compared to other options closer to the highway.
