Fabulous drive thru Starbucks with super-friendly staff! Easy to locate. If driving N access is off Metral Drive and if you’re going S you can access by Enterprise Way off Island Hwy N. Lots of parking as it’s in a small shopping centre with a wide variety of unique shops!
The coffee sucks but I love their frappuccinos
Attempted to order a Grande Mocha, but place the espresso on the side (didn't want my 3 yr old having caffiene) and was told by a guy that I could not do it! You are starbucks right??? All about customization? Instead was told I had to order 2 drinks. My 3 year old was beside me all the while and I even bring a reusable cup. All the other Starbucks do it and yours wants me to pay for 2 drinks when it is one drink seperated. WOW. This location isn't Starbucks, go to another where they are not going to try and rip you off and can do customization. Their are 2 others in either direction. Wont be returning and suggest others to go elsewhere, based on the fact I had to argue it was 1 drink with a 3 year old beside me. Maybe you should change your locations name.
Drive thru is always busy, but the service is fairly quick, the baristas are awesome, and the drinks are good.
Other than a line up, service and employees were great. Our favorite place to get a latte or special drink. ?
Appreciate all the staff at Starbucks!I don't know if the higher ups really appreciate and understand how fast paced the staff are. Such fantastic multi-taskers taking care of customers needs graciously. Each employee deserves ? a raise and a pat on the shoulders.Thanks gang!!
I had gone through the drive through and i asked for a venti iced chai latte and i ended up getting just a regular venti chai latte, i’m not one to really drink hot drinks and especially not when i’m thinking i’ll be getting a cold one. I also hate having to ask them to remake it because i just end up feeling bad, but i worked up the courage to go inside and ask them if they could re make it. As soon as i open the door there was a very polite gentleman (who i assumed worked there and was just on break or stopping in for some breakfast because he probably gets a great discount) that asked me if there was a problem and i explained to him what had happened and he right told one of the baristas and they re made it for me instantly, like when i say instantly i mean it. this girl literally stopped everything she was doing and remade my drink so fast and she was very polite about it. i was so pleased that day and it was the best experience i’ve ever had at starbucks!!!!!!
Great service and people working here. But for whatever reason the management of this location has decided to not provide sleeves on grande drinks anymore. This should be a given, as a customer it's inconvenient to have to ask every time - and I'm sure it's annoying for the workers too.
Staff were busy busy busy. Good service took a little longer than anticipated. But they were doing the best they could.
Great service this morning! Jenna was super friendly, and happy to offer me hot sauce and a pup cup with my order. Best Starbucks experience I’ve had!
