I pulled up at the drive through and ordered an iced white mocha, was told that they’re out of white mocha, decided to go with regular mocha instead. Pulled up at the drive window, got a hot mocha. The barista was very rude about it “you didn’t say iced. But I’ll remake it”. They weren’t even busy. “Just for the next time, make sure you say the order correctly”, or maybe listen to my order ? I work in a cafe and this is not ok to say to a customer even if they don’t say “iced”.
Amazing store. Staff are the friendliest of any Starbucks I've ever been to, the drinks are made perfectly and the atmosphere is incredible!
Staff members are friendly and kind! It can be busy sometimes but everyone is always working super hard to get orders out!

This is the worst Starbucks. They take forever and they often mess up my order.
It’s busy, but it’s literally the worst Starbucks I have EVER been too. Slow, takes forever even for a mobile order, things are constantly run out, messing up drinks. It’s worth the drive to go to any other Starbucks over this one.
We've stopped here several times this winter and always had a particularly pleasant experience. Someone, please take a pic of this place. We have always done the online order and it's ready when we pull up to the window. Enjoy.
I was in line with my dad, and a man who was disabled was in line in front of another person. As the disabled man walked up the cashier named “Cameron” gave the customer behind the disabled man a look ? as the disabled man got to the counter, this is not ok and even if someone is disabled they can still notice you giving a look to someone else. It’s extremely disrespectful and rude. I will be calling this in but this is cruel and sometimes people don’t have a voice to stick up for someone so vulnerable. The least someone working could do is show kindness to all. I will not be coming here again. If I could give a negative star I would. Horrible. Bullying is a NO. You work in customer service so maybe grow up and be an adult. Not petty and rude.

Quite likely the busiest I have seen a Starbucks location, drive thru and store both lined up. Staff and manager handled the situation very well, positively and kept people moving. Great teamwork on display!
