Just had the best service ever thanks to Ian. They were so friendly and kind. It made getting my morning getting to share a smile and kind word with such a wonderful human. They told me Starbucks has employees pronoun pins if they want them and that makes me more likely to support Starbucks in the future that they are so supportive of their staff. Thanks again Ian!
I really don't like to complain, but I had my worst Starbucks experience ever at this location on Sunday. The drive thru was extremely busy (10+ cars), so we went inside to order. I very clearly gave my order for two peach green tea lemonades, and had it confirmed back to me. There was already a bunch of people waiting for their orders. It was probably about 5 minutes before one of them was even handed a drink. One of the baristas spilled a drink and had to stop and clean a station, and we felt bad for him because it was a little busy. However, by that point they already seemed super behind on making drinks for mobile and in store orders. After another 10 minutes, we were finally handed ONE of our drinks. I could see another grande cup on the counter, so I just figured they were making them separately...and then the girl began making other drinks. She finally made the other grande peach green tea lemonade, and it was for someone else. I then mentioned to her that we had ordered and paid for two of the same drink, and she confirmed this with the barista who had just finished cleaning the spill. She then handed him the grande cup, and proceeded to make a venti of the same drink, using all that was left of the green tea, even though we had clearly ordered first and been waiting forever. So our poor guy went to make our drink and there was no green tea, and wouldn't be for six minutes. We had already waited 20 minutes, so I had him sub black tea and we left. When we stepped outside the drive thru line up was empty, and we discovered our drinks were just the peach teas and had no lemonade. My usual Starbucks location is always way busier than this one was and has the same amount of staff, and I've never had to wait that long or have been treated so poorly as a customer when there's been a mistake.

This Starbucks is so amazing. So happy to go all the time. Service with a smile is taken seriously here. Haha they were so kind to give me cookies for my pup. My drink is almost always made correctly but when it’s not perfect it still tastes pretty good. I’m sure it’s just from people training.
To the sour lady who told me I had to leave with a really rude tone because I had my tiny well behaved puppy in my arm there's no sign outside saying no dogs for one that I seen out front anyways.This is Crack head city Harewood mall I ain't leaving my tiny small breed baby to get stolen thanks, all the other workers were fine with it and I wasn't dining in just grabbing a quick drink.I'll be switching to Tim hortons as none of there locations ever cared or said anything to me about my dog ever and all the workers there love her when I bring her also you obviously don't know how many cases of stolen small dogs there have been in Harewood.

I honestly wish I could give zero stars. I only go out for Starbucks once in a while for a treat, and not once, not twice, but all three of the last times that I’ve gone to this location I’ve been given the coffee version of whatever I order despite being clear I need the crème version. I have a medical problem that makes it so I cannot drink that much caffeine in a day, so it’s a real problem. If you have dietary or medical requirements, I’d suggest trying a different location because here they don’t listen.
