I wasn’t feeling well yesterday so I ordered the House Special Pho through Door Dash. It was packed so beautifully and with such care. To top it off it was absolutely delish! Big thanks for the yummy food!

The pho is amazing and the homemade crispy wonton is full of flavour. This is the best Vietnamese food I've had outside of Vietnam! A hidden gem in Nanaimo. :)
Terrific quality of food with a larger vegetarian selection than I expected overlooking the harbour. Note the combos on the last page of the menu.
Delicious food and gorgeous view! The staff were very accommodating for our toddler. They provided plastic cup/plates/cutlery and were fantastic.
When they have a sign saying they have the best Pho in town, they mean it! (Sorry, other favorite restaurant, Sealand just took over.) We did an order for take out (you get 10% off for that!), so I don't know what the sit down service is like, but the take out was quick, efficient and friendly. (Even when the food delivery service guy tried to barge in. They made me feel the most important.)The food was well packed for our journey home, broth in one dish, noodles and proteins, and veggies in another container with individually packed sauces. We tried the seafood, chicken, rare beef, and beef balls pho. All 4 of us were very happy and the food was top notch. My chicken was Bar-B-Q or something... so much flavour and so juicy and tender.We will definitely go there again. (Sorry no pictures. We were hungry!)
Price is fair, but understaffed (only 1 person working the front of house). Being one of the few food options by the ferry terminal, you'd think they would be more prepared as patrons are on a time crunch!Don't think I'll come back as a local or introduce visitors here.
We had an amazing experience here! The food was phenomenal and the service was fast and friendly. Everything was delicious- the banh mi was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The beef pho broth had amazing flavor and the shrimp salad rolls were light and refreshing. Definitely the best food we’ve had on Vancouver island!
