I'm a pizza enthusiast and have been for most of my life. What was just passed off to me and my family as Pizza.... Was more akin to a thin wet sponge drizzled in tomato sauce.I can't think of one reason to order from here ever again.
I tasted frozen pizza better then this. Cheep on toppings crust Like carboard.
Absolutely the worst pizza and wings we have ever had . Disgusting greasy expensive absolutely horrible . We will never ever call back we threw it out I’m only giving it a one star because there’s no other option . Do not call this pizza place
First time ordering from Papa John's. Really good. Best I've had in Nanaimo. Definitely my go to for pizza. Reasonably priced too.
Walked in and even though there was staff and skip drivers all inside, they said they were closed due to lack of staff. I know for a fact they could have easily served us with the staff they had however they decided to lose business due to poor management. Papa John's head office would be very upset if they heard this.
If the owner is there its good. If you don't give them a tip for carry out and the owners not there the big kid thats working up front will have you sit there and wait and wait and wait until you ask him again for your pizza and its the one that was there when I walked in. Usually pretty good but un organized when the owner or manager is not around.
First time having a Papa Johns pizza in over a year since moving to the Island. It was our pizza of choice back home. They certainly didn’t disappoint! Pizza was spectacular! Hot, fresh and loaded with toppings. I would highly recommend you try them! Keep up the great work!!!

from alberta this place is terrible owner he needs serious anger management visited twice every time he kept screaming and ordering people around 0/10 would not work here if i would be them
There is more grease than sauce with the bread sticks.Be prepared for the land mines of grease when touching any bread.my friend just said "We need to dry them out because they are so greasy."
