Late nite pizza run gone Great!! we've had lots of panago across BC. because they have gluten free.. This pizza was great!. most places burn gf. and its frustrating. But this was delish.I had a Mediterranean salad. Which was so good! tons of ingredients , throughly enjoyed it. not sure ive ever tried a pizza joint salad before, so you all set the bar high!and I Had to be sure to post this review before bed so I didnt forget either.because It was definitely an exceptional pizza night for us, thanks team :):)
I’ve been a repeat customer for years and that’s not changing any time soon! I’ve always been a fan of Panago’s pizza but this location in particular is excellent. They contribute regularly to Nanaimo’s schools, non-profit organizations, and the SPCA, through fundraisers and donations. The customer service is also consistently excellent, with friendly staff. Today I had to wait a few extra minutes because someone made a mistake with my personal pizza order and they gave me a free drink while I waited, plus the messed up pizza! I didn’t expect either of those freebies and it frankly made my day. Five years ago I left a 5 star review here and I’m happy to update that with another 5 stars today.
Pizza is good don't get me wrong it's the wings that seem to not cook it properly don't think I'll order that from there probably won't order from there again I hope that doesn't happen to anyone else
Wow for quality and service. I normally order from the competition as it is more bang for the buck but, because of the snowy roads my go to place wasn't offering delivery. I ordered from Panago twice this week and the pizza is hot as well as excellent. They got it too me very promptly and I'm talking impressively fast. The guy that delivered my pie today must have been driving the DeLorean from Back To The Future because I ordered my pizza at 2:01 and he got it to my door at 2:24. The physics don't add up, 23 minutes from bell to door? lol. Anyway, you guys down at Panago have impressed me and I'll be taking my pizza business your way for the foreseeable future, well done!!!
The pizza is always good and the one thing I love is that when they deliver it to me it doesn't take and hour/hour and a half like allot of places by then the cheese on the pizza is just dry and it's not even hot so I appreciate Panagos quick delivery ?
I was picking up a Skip the Dishes order forwork and the staff was helpful. I went inside to wait bc it took a long time for my order. This place is very busy Friday Nights.
Great pizza. Shouldn't have ordered wings though.
Ordered a create your own salad and Mediterranean salad with large orango juice....absolutely delicious!! I love that it's all organic and fresh
First visit. Got the Veggie Korma:Coconut curry sauce, baby spinach leaves, green peppers, pineapple, hot banana peppers, mozzarella + cheddar.Spectacular. The peppers work well with the curry sauce. Basically, a warm hug from within! The woman who took my order is lovely. Clean store. Fast turnaround. The guys in the back were hustling; imagine they had a lot of delivery and pick up orders. Lots of fresh toppings, flavourful crust. Great place, definitely returning! Great job, Panago.
