Ordered two wraps and two fries and received the wraps with rice instead. I told them I ordered fries and the girl who took my order told me I ordered rice so I got rice and then turned away. She refused to fix my order. If there was a price difference I would have been willing to pay it. It was busy and there were other people waiting so I just took the food and left. Wraps were good but rice was disgusting, much like the cashier's attitude. Not going back.
Ordered salad and calamari with opa fries. They screwed up the order ahead of me then they put my calamari on the wrong salad realizing it dumped it on my plate. It was overcooked barely warm and the fries were mushy. I commented on the calamari at the counter and showed them how dry and overcooked it was. Dumped it all in the garbage and told the front counter and all I get is a dumbfounded look. Would definitely not not go back.
Never we will eat there again after finding bugs in ore plate . We When to tell the manager and her answer was it happends when they receive the veggies .. we got refund for the food that was barely touch ..
Calamari was so overcooked it was like eating plastic chips. Very disappointing.
Worst rock hard calamari ive ever had.I think they deep fried freezer burnt squid or something.

Firstly, learn some manners and how to talk with customer. So rude and arrogant. There were literally no one in the queue to think that behavior is because of too many people. They don't even know customer requires cutlery. Fortunately, food was good. But had a terrible experience.
Food was alright. Customer service however was horrid. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable getting my food before. The lady who made my pita was rude and when I asked for a bit of lettuc on my pita she literally said no that’s not what you ordered. I never leave reviews but I checked the other ones and see I’m not the only person who was treated this way. Not somewhere I’ll continue putting my money.
