It's an establishment built with character. Keep in mind it has a small footprint so when it's full, it's very crowded and loud. There is a tiny patio in the back.The waitresses are hands down fun, knowledgeable and respectful.The food has beautiful presentation.
Can’t say enough about this restaurant. The staff is fast, friendly, accommodating and the food is amazing. Their on tap Italian Pinot can’t be found anywhere else. Thank you for a beautiful dinner!
I have been pubbing in Nanaimo for more than 30 years and I don't know how I missed this little gem. If you love a cozy, intimate, fun spot to visit with a friend, enjoy an awesome beer or wine and yummy food this is your place. Our servers Summer and Kimberly were so attentive and friendly and the food was awesome. Im planning to return weekly for sure.
Met a friend for dinner and it was very good. Service was excellent with very friendly staff. Staff checked on us frequently but also gave us space. I had beer and my friend had mixed drinks which he said were very good. The food tasted great. Nice atmosphere.

This staffing shortage is really hurting our hospitality industry. I really would have liked to give Milton Street five stars, because I liked the food and the prices were reasonable, but the server was so harried and distracted that our experience suffered greatly as a result.We could have easily become regulars, but we'll probably let them get staffed up before we return again.
The server recommended I sit at the bar as I was alone. I’m glad she did, as the locals were friendly, engaging and knowledgeable about Marbled Murrelets, which is unheard of! I ordered the burger special. It was topped with sausage this evening and was the best burger I’ve had in Nanaimo! I’ve eaten hundreds of burgers in this city. Guinness in tap also a plus. Kimberly was excellent! Attentive, friendly and a great reader of the room. I will definitely be back. My first full 5 star.
Gem of a place. Great food and friendly staff in a cozy atmosphere. Especially love the chicken club wrap (smoky, creamy and delicious) and their spaghetti and meatballs (always spiced perfectly, fresh and hot). Their fries are out of this world! Haven't had a bad meal. Its our go to spot in Nanaimo...no where else comes close!
