Had a great evening here with friends. Our waitress Eva kept us entertained and the rest of the staff were really nice and polite. The food was also very tasty. Would definitely recommend this place and we will be returning!
I thought I’d found the best pizza ever in Chilliwack until I had it in Milano’s in Nanaimo. I shared a Pest Pollo with a friend and was blown away. I told the waitress to compliment the chef but returning from the washroom I saw the cooks and asked who made the pizza. I told him that he was a wonderful pizza maker and I’d spread the word near and far. 11:00 was a good time to go and it wasn’t so busy. The waitress said that means a lot.
Off the bat, amazing staff! Great menu, lots of selection. Portions were huge! Definitely recommend their pizza and baked pasta
Food was delicious. Not the way I have usually had souvlaki. However it was tasty,well cooked. The rice was great. Server was excellent. Considering how busy it was she kept a smile was very pleasant and did her job very efficiently. Prices were very reasonable.I will return in the near future
Mainly a shout out to our server Jordan. My partner and I came in this afternoon and we can honestly say he gave us probably the best service we've had anywhere! The food was also amazing. Always our first choice when we come into town!
Amazing food, huge menu, ample portions, full bar and great service. Go. You won't be dissappointed.
I’ve eaten here twice and had the pizza both times. Which was great. Good service as well and priced as one would expect for a place like this.Although restaurants like this are fairly common, there’s nothing wrong with it as far as I could tell.
This is the worst version of Italian food I've ever had. Recently went for a family lunch and every one of us was disappointed. I got the breaded veal with fettuccine Alfredo. The veal had a gravy on it that was thick and congealed. The pasta was bland. I wanted a side Ceasar (which I think should be part of that meal) and it was 8$ extra and half the lettuce had pink tinges too it. Very nice staff. But horrible food
MEAL IS COLD/ DISAPPOINTINGMy boyfriend & I, decided to dine in at Milano Restaurant in Nanaimo BC, Canada dated April 25,2022. The kitchen was busy on a Monday night and we waited patiently. After 28 mns waiting the food finally served but what a big disappointment when i tasted my mixed vegetables, they are cold like just came out from the fridge and so mashy, same with my roasted potatoes, so far the roast lamb was not bad little bit warm, i requested the server nicely to replace the cold veges & potatoes to warm instead. Of course i have to wait another 25mns, for the time being while waiting, i ate my lamb meat and my tummy got full before the new veges & potatoes been served. My experienced tonight was disappointing. My previous visits in this restaurant were good but not this one. Supposed to be it’s my cheat meal and treat to myself after a week of hard work & 2 weeks of keto meal. Our lady server did not even offer anything to make me feel better. Poor service plus my meal is not that cheap $24.+Gloria from West Vancouver, BC.
Ordered for a 6pm pickup Baby back ribs & fettuccine also filet of sole Ribs were under cooked fettuccine was not baked like it usually was. The Sole was over cooked and dried out. We have enjoyed Milanos in the past but to screw up this meal was overwhelming. Been our favourite the past 2 and a half years. I did complained but no call back. You have lost our trust for cooking a meal. Order # 309
