Hey everyone, it’s MacDonald’s - the only food worth purchasing is the coffee. Everything else is poor quality and not nutrition. The drive through is narrow and a nightmare.
The screen with the menu changes too frequently for me as I don't know the menu. I ended up with only half of what I wanted.
Asked for fresh fish for fillet o fish. Didn't receive it. Waffle fries stuck together so it was raw. Food cold. Supervisor not very friendly. Cashier kept apologising. We asked for fresh hot food didn't receive it. Will not go back.
Got 1 item out of the 6 items I ordered. Interrogated at the pick-up window. Order window worker was ordered to come to the pick-up window and join the interrogation. I was told that I wasn’t allowed the items for free. Not once did I ask or want free items. I simply wanted what I ordered. If they had repeated back the order, put the order on the screen, or told me the amount that they charged for the order, this would have been avoided. The interrogation was so harsh, that I was completely flushed and upset and cars were lined up behind me. Customer service is a thing of the past. Please offer more non-human interactions.
I waited five minutes for my McMuffin and almost chipped my tooth when I bit into it from how hard the bun is! I am so upset! Third time it has happened too. I can't go back to complain and get a new one because I am on my way down island, hungry, thanks.
The self service kiosk at the Walmart's McDonald in Nanaimo BC, is most of the time covered with a metal banner and the employees at the place refuse to remove it, therefore customers are unable to use it to place their orders.

I'm sure there're nice folks working in there but the food, for me, there's just something about the flavor that makes it unedible.Lots of people love this stuff, but I can't do it. The coffee is excellent! But the food doesn't resemble food that I've come across in the natural world.Haven't had the stuff in almost a decade. (I don't trust any of the meat products, but I admit I'd eat one of their bagels if I were in a pinch.) :P
I am disappointed with the lack of courtesy by the staff. I expect when I say hello to get a hello back. The correct response to "thank you" is "your welcomr" I interacted with 3 employees and none of them could be bothered with these common courtesies. No excuse for this level of laziness and disrespect. Basic training required here. Do better!
For the second time, the requested condiments were not put in the bag. Last time when we requested salt and pepper, we got six pepper no salt. This time, despite ordering two meals we got five pepper and one salt. Nit sure why this keeps happening.
