I was very ill after eating a cheeseburger about a year ago and have not been back. I called to let them know and they did not follow up. Very disappointing.
I understand that this is fast food but broo… care a little at least?? The employees in there seem so stressed, especially the student employees, like they’re frightened of their manager or something. My food was burnt, and the older lady working there nearly threw my order to onto the counter. The iced coffee was on point tho.
You get what u expect here. Allways seem to have to wait a long time for food orders, with mistakes almost every time.
The self-service kiosk at the Walmart's McDonald in Nanaimo BC, is most of the time covered with a metal banner and the employees at the place refuse to remove it, therefore, customers are unable to use it to place their orders.
It has been a while since I have last eaten there but it was a nice typical McDonalds restaurant with very very good tasting delicious and super yummy food and 100% good customer service and a very clean safe restaurant. I strongly recommend checking this restaurant out you will really love it.

Just ok ? not the McDonald's that I remember as a kid. Ketchup was no where to be found ? and had to stand in line with nobody else around ? Then with three full meals we only get three little packs? Cheap or what ? Staff we more concerned with drive thru ?? This is why we don't eat out very much any more !
The worst vegetarian option on the planet, like how dare you put so little love into a menu option! I'd love to give you my business but this feels disrespectful. I can't believe how much money I have given to A and W for their plant based burger, which is terrific. Why can't you do better?
This is a decent sized McDonalds. There are about 10 seating tables in the restaurant. Bathroom is locked and need to ask cashier to open for you.
Don't order the coffee here. It is as good as hot water. When you ask for a new one, instead of easily solving this with an Americano, they'll give you the same coffee flavored water. And they are going over board here with COVID protocol. I went through two coffee cups into the garbage because they won't take them back over the counter. By the way, I buy McDonald's coffee all the time and this wasn't the standard. This was not coffee and they weren't really hearing it.
