What can I say but yum! This is our go to while camping near Nanaimo! Hot, fresh, not oily and just yummy. Family of 4 (adults plus 16,13) shared an XL and were all full!
Sensory overload to say the least. Whole experience was great, order online, get a text with a pickup time and another text when your pizza is ready. Whole ride home smelled amazing. Took one bite of the pickle boy and I found my new favorite pizza place. Highly recommend trying mambo pizza. Everything was super fresh and tastes like quality ingredients are used from the dough to the cheese. Thank you to whoever made the recipes, you made the world a better place
Mambos never disappoints! Overdose, bacon cheeseburger, Voodoo, juniper, jalapeño popper are all great. I don't think they serve anything the people wouldn't die for! Veggie pizzas like spinny style and pesto pizazz are also killer!
I happened across this place when I was on the island last year, and accidentally stumbled into the best gf/df pizza I’d ever eaten. This year we won’t back to see if it was a fluke, and to our great delight, it wasn’t!
Been visiting Mambos my whole life. They have always championed the best quality toppings. And recently, they moved to a new “cup and char” pepperoni that is literally the very best pepperoni pizza I’ve ever had. Ordered it twice in one week. This is some of the very best pizza you’ll ever have. The very best ingredients, toppings, etc.
Ordered the Large 18" Pepperoni as there was two of eating. Well it is so big that we could not finish it. The taste was terrific and there would have been enough for a family. The delivery was fast as well. If you are trying for the first time and are not a big eater you may want to try the smaller size.
I've recently had to go both Gluten and Dairy free while testing for allergies and I was really craving pizza. Mambo's had an amazing Vegan option with tasty mozzarella cheese substitute and their gluten free crust has the perfect texture.
