Very poor quality food, small portions and "4 pack" simply dry chicken and luke warm fries for $10 ???? Sad to see after eating KFC for "half a century" plus !
Horrible service. Girl with the English accent was rude and obnoxious. My father and I were in the lineup for 20 minutes and we got to the front drive through lineup and were told that the restaurant closes at 7:00.
Zero stars...I have been unable to get any service the last 3 times I tried. I live on a Gulf Island so when I go to Nanaimo I usually buy lunch. I went to KFC in early February and sat in the drivethru - alone - for over 10 minutes and no one acknowledged i was there so I left. The next 2 times, there were milk crates blocking the drive thru and the doors were locked- at 1:30 in the afternoon.Don't waste your time
Poor slow service. Dry overly salty chicken. Staff will argue with you if they mess up your order.
Dining room has been closed for over a year, not for renovations or covid but because they are understaffed? And second time tonight they are closing at 7pm for a fast food restaurant because they are short-staffed. Looking for a new chicken restaurant.
If I could give them zero stars I would. 40 minutes in drive thru line only to have them forget to put parts of your order in the bag. Then when you go back you have to go sit in a drive thru line again to get those missing items. The chicken is gross now and the fries are soggy and cold. Save your money and time and go to a different chicken restaurant.
Ridiculous. Again!!!!. No ketchup with fries and NO napkins. Pretty basic addition. Not available to request this basic items on-line. Painful and so easy to avoid customer issues. No more KFC from Nanaimo EVER AGAIN.
Wow, worst ever kyc, 14 pce bucket had 6 drumsticks all from small chickens, food was tastless, not sure how you can mess up on KYC, third bad experience at this shop. We are done! I hope this franchise goes broke. They are serving garbage. Rating should be 0
This is appalling. I shouldn't have to drive 15 minutes to find out you're not open during OPERATIONAL HOURS. I've tried three times now and I can see staff inside.Your signs say drive thru open and you got it closed with crates blocking it. Either close down or open up properly.This is ridiculous
My husband just loves their chicken. It was so good they ran out of chicken in the other location. Make sure you eat it with someone, it's more enjoyable ☺
