Ordered a few things for my parents via onlinePizza being made is not up to quality as pizza has been too salty and not fully cookedReally disappointed and will never order again
Fifteen Stars!!! Amazing service - the lone driver went out of his way to deliver the pizza to the hotel we were staying at after closing and I wish I could have tipped him tripple (but I had already pre-paid). The man deserves a promotion - I was so happy to see my pizza ?!!! This employee most definitely went above and beyond.. did the job of several people tonight!! As I’m sure the staff at the store did as well!!
Definitely not “hot & ready” service is very poor, communication is very poor, everything in general about this place is poor. VERY unprofessional place, not only did me and my family wait for over an hour for our food we received it cold and undercooked and when we called to find out about our order we were hung up on by the staff after explaining that we’ve been waiting for our order for over an hour. I highly do NOT recommend this place at all.

Advertises on Google that are open to 1:00 a.m. but I phone at 11:30 or midnight very hungry after work they say sorry we're closed for the night false advertisement I was really happy when they were doing 1:00 a.m. because I get off at midnight and nothing's open and I'm always hungry
very disappointed with the ExtravaganZZa Feast pizza, which i understood to be the equivalent of a loaded pizza. and though i bought extra toppings as well there was so little to show for it once we started to dish out the meal. so little cheese, meat, veg, sauce....the entire outer third was bare and the inner portion had little more. not likely to purchase from this vendor again.
I don't know what it takes to have someone answer the phone. I know it requires more than the use of your thumbs and the ability to vocalize. The skill may be archaic now that texting and computers are taking over. I know I was calling at a time that is typically not busy, and to make sure, I called a few times. I am a fan of Domino's Pizza, but I guess their online business is strong enough that phone in orders are no longer available. Unfortunately, I went somewhere else for my meal.
Never had any issues, The pizza is good and the delivery guys are friendly
Can’t say I will order here again. Domino’s is usually really good but waiting for an hour isn’t ideal. Especially since on mobile you can watch the “pizza tracker” and it said my pizza came out of the oven 30 min ago. Old pizza, yum!
I ordered couple of days ago (mid week 7ish), tracker was 35 mns till i get my order and kept on adding up till it reached 60 mns. When I called to check on the order (@ 45, 60 mns) the customer service rep wasn't able to give me a sense on when I will get my order as they don't have enough drivers, plus wasnt nice! Order took 1:10 mns to get delivered to my place.Eventually the manager delivered my order and promised that he will add a complimentary order for the inconvenience caused and the fact that I got my pizza cold as an ice cube! GUESS WHAT? I haven't received anything. Not really happy about that
