Staff who helped us acted as though asking for a bag for 5 ice cream items was coming out of his own cheque. Jesus.
1980 lives on! DQ is a slip and slide down memory lane. I don’t really understand “brazier” but the logo brings back sugary sweet memories of my childhood and weekend baseball games. Dad would take for an ice cream once I’d finished striking out a few times, or stopping just shy of the plate during an injurious but hopeless slide into 3rd base. “Tag up!” my dad would yell. I could never hear him over the 3rd base ump screaming: “Outta here!!” Ok service mixed with nice food and wrenching nostalgia…. Roll credits. It used to be good. But now..Burgers are always dry and over cooked. ?
Very awesome place for birthday cakes and ice creams, triple chocolate brownie being my fav. I love visiting here, the new management have made lots of positive changes and im really impressed with the customer service. There is a lovely girl at counters gagan, always greets with smile ?….
I ordered desert, and It often happens costumers misunderstandings for order . I told "I want to get triple chocolate browine" and they gave me different one, so I told them it wasn't what I ordered, and they said "You ordered this.If you want to get triple chocolate brownie, you have to pay again."I dont want to pay twice (It means one ice cream for $14), and It may be my fault, actually I like chocolate, so I got the icecream. After I'm back to home, I just wondered what ice cream I got and reserched, it was totaly differen name. Sorry to write down it, but I didn't feel good about it.
The best DQ in town! Brought 11 kids in for a birthday, they helped me pre-order everything and gave the best service!
This place has gone down hill! We come in a lot and this last time was horrible I watched the manager put cups back in the cup holder after they fell on the ground. I never see them wash their hands in between handling money to food. The burgers are sometime Absolutely disgusting who wants a blob of sauce right in the middle of their burger and nowhere else.. I definitely won’t ever be going back there now.
What can I say… it’s Dairy Queen! I likely visit this location for blizzards far more often then I should… but blizzards, and soft dipped cones… who can resist?I mainly use the drive through and consistently find the staff friendly and efficient. The product is consistent and, of course, good.
Staff provide fast service and have been friendly. Use a 2 can dine coupon, both of us got double cheese burgers, both of us got some form of food poisoning. This is probably a result of re-cooking the burgers and having them sit there for a while, but for drive throughs, this should not be a surprise.
all the staff is very friendly, the products are good but outside there is a lot of garbage. I know it is something that is out of your control but maybe send an employee some time to check, this would give the place a better image.
