My wife and I went into the Nicole st Location tonight. We witnessed an employee make a blizzard. Then she proceeded to wash her hands with a dirty rag. Then wiped the mess off the blizzard with the same rag passed it to the customer in the drive through. Disgusting We will not be returning to that location. Shame on the management for not training their employees.
I have ordered through door dash 1.5 hours back. My order seems to be processing like forever. Additionally, the restaurant is not receiving my call. I don’t want a melted ice cream. Or whatever. My money is gone
Went through the drive through. Ordered a cheeseburger, fries and vanilla milkshake. Cheeseburger was cold. The meat pattie was literally cold to touch like it came out of a fridge, slapped on a grill for about 2 seconds per side and put in the bun. Needless to say the burger went into the garbage. What a waste of my money. Very disappointed
Third time in a row my blizzard was 3/4 full, paid for extra stuff had barley any in it definitely no extra stuff. Very disappointed.

Hands down the best Onion Rings in town. I will polish off a basket of them in a sitting no problem. And a young, enthusiastic work force rounds out what I consider to be much more of a restraunt rather than a fast food place.
Supervisors don’t treat staff properly, I saw a couple of the girls crying. Also the whole place was a mess while supervisors standing around talking and not helping the younger staff. Definitely won’t be back supporting this business.
Spent 49 dollars on door dash for a 4 pc chicken strip meal a chicken burger with fries and a medium blizzard....with 5 dollar tip. Disgusting cold chewy chicken and fries that weren't fully cooked. Never again.
Staff works really hard, when we were there they had to deal with 2 very rude people, they were slammed with take out , drive through and eat ins, those kids rocked it , I woukd hire them in a second!!!
They were very busy!!! But got an ice cream birthday cake with writing on it .. and a great big thank you to the young man who bought the candles!!! You are a wonderful man.. my grandsonoved the cake and was sooo excited that someone bought him candles!!! ??
