Tried ordering through multiple order apps and they declined every attempt then shut down the restaurant. I tried calling to ask if they'd open up for orders but the Indians declined my call repeatedly. Just wanted an easy lazy Sunday meal but as long as Indians run the show, it's bound for failure. They don't know how to run a business and they let it fall to the ground for laziness and reasons to sit around on their phones while continuing to ignore their job day after day. Unfortunate, once they sell out to easy "labor", it's downhill from there. Used to be good when I was a kid and before cheapskates took over the entire company
Refused coupons, never have I have a fast food chain fight so hard to not want customers. This is not the first time I have run into issues at this restaurant. Every other fast food chain I have been to in Nanaimo has allowed more than one coupon - SO since they do no want my service I will not be returning as a customer and will be telling my friends & family to avoid Burger King as well. Not worth the hassle.
Drive thru lineup was far too long, and the intercom system was almost completely non understandable. Was told to wait several times. After 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 vehicles ahead, we decided to try our luck going in instead. Lineup to the front door and 1 person on the counter only. Needless to say, didn't bother staying.
A friend and I went through the drive-through because in house dining isn't allowed right now. After dealing with the order box that is so distorted and full of static it's next to impossible to understand we pulled ahead to the window to sit and wait for a solid 15 minutes before receiving our meals. To my surprise after all that time the hamburgers that I was served appeared to have been assembled by someone wearing a blindfold and sent to the window with a slap shot or possibly a pitching machine. Meanwhile, the line up behind us has stretched around 2 corners of the building and I still haven't a clue what was taking so long. We had a small order of regular menu items. Perhaps potatoes needed peeling 1st? I'm a patient man and really don't mind waiting but expect if I have waited this long at a 'fast food' drive-through window my burgers will at least be assembled on a bun. Needless to say it will be a VERY long time before they see my face again if at all.
The food has not been good from this location for awhile now. It's not made with any care. Just thrown together and almost always wrong. The wait was unacceptable, 25 min when only 1 person was in front of me. They seem to ignore the customers for the drive threw. The restaurant is dingy and dirty. It is still all set up for Covid, No eating in restaurant, no using any facility. You get hearded down the carrel to the tills then out the door. Won't be back.
King Deal is my go to.Great milkshakes.The ladies working there are SO nice!They remember my dogs name and often give her treats.Wait times can sometimes be a bit long but isent that at all fast food joints?
Our food was hot and well prepared. They don't skimp on lettuce, tomato, onion or sauce. Very flavorful Whoppers. Wait time was short and staff polite and friendly. The exterior needs attention and work. The drive through roadway looks like something out of a war zone. The walls need pressure washing and painting. Lots of deferred maintenance does not make a good impression at all. The speaker in the drive through is the worst I've ever heard. You can't understand a word that staff are saying as you order. It needs to be replaced! A very inexpensive way to drastically improve customer satisfaction.
I was with my kids there yesterday and I just want to thank you for the wonderful service and food you provided. My kids were very happy dining here. They all enjoyed their food especially the ice cream sundaes. We will be back for more soon. Thanks again.
I ordered food from here tonight. The food got back and looked fine but when I opened the back the smell was awful. I opened the poutine I ordered and it almost tasted too salty and like something was very wrong, I had two bites before I called in my roommate and he said the exact same thing. The burger wasn’t great either but didn’t taste “rotten” still couldn’t bring myself to eat it. I got my refund through skip and apparently they are going to take it up with the restaurant. It was Nastyyyyyy
The food is always great but the workers are always just miserable, can't even act like they care. The speaker in the drive through has been broken for years and always just screams scratchy sound at you so you can barely understand them. I don't understand why they won't fix the speaker after all this time it's awful
