The staff were very friendly and drinks and food arrived quickly. Best of all everything we had tasted delicious and was well presented. The only negative was that the music was just a little too loud, as it was difficult to hear the server. Still worthy of 5 stars however.
Food is decent and trendy, not spectacular, but pretty good. Extraordinarily overpriced, small portions. Great service, staff is great, and they are one of those places that deliberately hires only attractive young women, so you know the crowd it's aiming to attract.
Visiting from Washington State and I’m glad I found this restaurant! The service was excellent, both host and server. The Long Island was delicious, I ordered two, and the steak and pasta were great. The price was a little up there but with a great service, it was worth it!
Sat at the bar. Very friendly service. Must say Whitney (bartender) keeps a very clean bar. Food was great. Had spicy tuna roll and cauliflower bites. Overall experience was great and we will definitely be back soon!
Terrible Service!Actually I should say “NO SERVICE!”We were seated & either the hostess never told the waitress we were there or the waitress couldn’t be bothered even coming to greet us. We sat there waiting for at least 15 minutes without even being greeted by a waitress.Another couple at a table nearby had empty glasses & seemed to be looking around looking for the waitress.The waitress we could see was super busy spending her time with a trio of young men helping them make their selections from the menu. Meanwhile we still haven’t even had a waitress at our table.We got fed up & walked out!We pass the hostess & she says “take care” without a clue that she had sat us & that we had not received any service & no inquiry as to why we were leaving. No inquiry if there was a problem.Service staff are completely useless.
No details because did not get any waitress to realize we were there. Terrible young woman seated us and never returned. Sat for 15 minutes in a fairly empty place on a May long weekend Sunday at 4 pm. So should be no excuse.Simple reason is bad bad workers. Too bad, Browns is my fav in other cities. Left coast work ethic shown on full display here. Shame On you ladies. Lucky I am not the owner or I would fire you all.
Wow. Sheer perfection. Bright, upbeat seating host. Got fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and it was divine. Lexy, wait staff is charismatic, engaging, and skilled. The food? Brain blown. Steak frites!! Cooked perfectly with cajun garlic butter. The coleslaw, delicious. And the fresh cut fries crispy and full of flavour. Overall marvelous experience, highly recommend!
In town on business, with a longer than normal work day there was not to much choice of restaurants still open at 9 pm on a Thursday. This was my first visit here having previously had unsatisfying experiences at the Victoria and Lethbridge locations. First impression was that the Menu sucks, on both presentation and choices. Who put this mess together? I spent 10 minutes reading and re-reading looking for the lesser of all of the evils. But a man must ear. Third time lucky? ? No. Dinner was awful, as per my previous experience. I ordered a calamari appy, a half order of blackened chicken fettuccine with a hazy IPA and then a class of red Malbec. The Calamari was soggy and tasteless. The fettuccine was good, but the chicken only ok. The beer blah, the Malbec even more Blah. Best part of the meal- the Garlic Toast. It was good. The service- was disinterested and inattentive. I even had trouble getting her attention to get my bill. I am supposed to leaver her a tip? All of this for $65. I won't be going back- to this location or any other. I am Browned off.
Our servers name was Taylor and she was AMAZING!!!! We have never had so much fun and felt so at home at any other restaurant. Such a great vibe. The food and wine was also great!Thank you! ??????
I have never yet experience eating but their delivery sucks! Always take precious minutes of waiting. They should have atleast adjust their pickup time.
