Unclean location.Booth we got sat at, windows and wall had sticky kid fingers all over it. Divider between booths was not wiped down.Had a stale smell in the restaurantThis place is in dire need of a deep clean.Food is taking super long as well. Not happy.
Had a "Hankering" for spaghetti and meatballs and to watch the hockey game. There was a lot of food, had enough for a meal the next day. Very good service "Three Rules" you know who you are.
I was actually pleasantly surprised by my pizza the other night, so no complaints on the food. Service was good. One advice though, make sure you have the white /rose bottles of wine chilled. If a bar serves unopened bottles, you should not be given a bottle that is room temperature. I understand it’s put in a stainless steel holder with ice but that didn’t do anything. Had to add ice to my wine, which ended up watering it down quite a bit. Watery wine… not many peoples favourite. Quite disappointed by that after buying the bottle and paying the money.
Unfortunately this wasn't a great experience.Was sat promptly and our drink order was taken. Half the drinks came, each of us ordered a pop or alcoholic beverage and water. The water had to be asked for twice and the straw was a long time coming.Just after we received our drinks, a party of 30, mostly students, was sat. Our waitress then had to attend to them.Our appetizer arrived with no plates or napkins. Thankfully when the straw was finally delivered it was wrapped in a napkin.The meal itself was delivered in about 90 minutes. I would not have stayed but as we had no power at home there wasn't an option as most restaurants were full to capacity.Food came out hot and we did receive a discount for the long delay.Waitress did apologize many times for the delay.Went home full so that was a plus.
Visited your restaurant on Friday night with a group of guys to watch a playoff game. To find that you closed a sports bar at 10 PM during the middle of the 2nd intermission ?With 2 Canadian teams in the playoffs? I'm not sure how this makes any sense but you might want to reevaluate the bar's business hours during sporting events. Our server Cheyenne was great but won't be coming back for Any sporting events
Great sports bar. Lots of big tvs. And 22oz beer glasses. Can't beat the Boston Royal. Only complaint is they close too early.
Tonight we had really great service. The food was delicious and on the table in a timely manner.
Arrived right at dinner time, didn't have to wait long to be seated. Friendly server, good food, will definitely go back again.
Always a delicious spaghetti and meatball dinner. Good delivery times and staff very courteous. Finally a great price.
Horrible experience because your workers do not understand Covid rules in bc. Turned away a group of ten because my wife didn’t have ID. However on the government of bc website it says that what she did give to you as prove WAS acceptableable as ID. You were a favourite restaurant of mine always had good service and good ,food but because you don’t even know the rules you were so adamantly Enforcing you lost the ten of us as a group will never be back. Only getting the one star because I have to give it in order to write this. I will tell everyone I know in hopes you lose more then just our business
