Staff is not that friendly and I ask to take out the nanaimo bar but she gave me the bar with tissue paper covered not hygiene and the bar is too sweet
Love the service and super busy. The ladies are very friendly and must try the banana bread/ carrot cake !
Huge line up for coffee. They need more staff for faster service. Currently 70 people in line. Ridiculous!
Prices were ridiculous and the breakfast wrap I bought was terrible, just scrambled egg and ham, and neither tasted good.
Very long lineup, but the single employee is doing their absolute best to be quick and friendly. It must be very stressful being the only worker trying to get orders processed and out before customers' sailings, great job!
Amazing they can make coffee without using any coffee! A non-delicious muddy water. Expensive.
Good if you need coffee before you get on the ferry but it's nothing special imo.

Staff was polite and drink is very good and price is not unreasonable especially for a ferry terminal coffee shop I don't miss Starbucks at all
With Starbucks no longer at the terminal they might need more than one person to take care of customers. The coffee is not very good, my Cappuccino was heavy and more like a latte and not strong espresso flavour at all.
