Food was ok but was given half the fries and was missing food from the order. Guy who took our order was rude and not friendly at all. I know the location is sketchy but he didn't need to be rude for no reason.
I usually wouldn't even bother. If you're into locked doors and staff texting on their phone while you risk your life waiting for your food this is the place for you. Plus it costs an arm and a leg.
The place was very smokey and so had to opt out of dine in. The service was rather slow.Burger was good and made to specifications.Never enough napkins and the ones we did get were pretty greasy.
Staff was very friendly and order was prepared quickly. Counters and tables were clean. Floor could use a clean, but I believe that is likely some of the clientele making leaving mess.
Bunch of homeless people outside everywhere so we were allowed in and when we tried ordering noone was there so we had to go through the drive through... wasnt the greatest but food was decent
This isn't a single visit review this is a rating based on going here atleast once a month or week for the last 5 years but the service is generally apathetic with the exception of a few workers. They deal with alot but they with regularity mess up my orders but the food is usually pretty hot atleast. I think you guys could do better but it's one of the few places open 24/7
I have tried there Papa cheese burger with extra cheese today and was a great one. The staffs were also very well behaved.
Went there for breakfast as tourists and not knowing the area, this isn’t a place for tourists as it was crowded with homeless when we got out and with some inside. The cashier did a good job keeping them in check but it wasn’t a relaxing breakfast. Food and coffee were fine.
Worst place ever, Workers cursed at me when I complained that my Burger wasn't vegetarian and was in fact beef. Used to go here a lot a year or two ago, but now the workers will cut you off before you're even finished ordering, saying to go through the drive through. I won't be eating there again, and I will be reporting their ill practices to the health inspection services in Nanaimo. Absolutely not worth the food sickness. Can't believe I spent $30 on literal inedible garbage. $30 on 2 burgers and a fries that were not even what I ordered.
One of the best burgers they serve here. All team members and managers are very polite and work hard to take care of customer needs.Koodos to all team members. Great service.
