Worst experience ever ..Asked for fresh food ..waited for about 10 mints…and those guys who dont even knw how to talk politely ..gave us reheated patty .i gues they think customer wont knw what fresh food looks like.Thumbs down
I ordered the Best burger ever along with other stuff . All the other burgers tasted good but if these people made this properly this is a nasty tasting burger. I have never had it I tried it and it literally made me gag I spit it out as did everyone that tried it . I went through drive through and if u want to call it service there then wow .The lady at window couldn't be bothered to even say hello pretty much pushed the food at me and turned around . Whoever owns this place u lost all of our business and we used to go there few times a week service has been getting worse over time but that was enough . I will drive out of my way not to eat at this place
Very disappointed, since we got inside to order it was 8:15 pm the girl was working there asked us change the seat as they’ve cleaned it already then asked us make sure leave by 9 as she has to clean up and we went to other part of dinning area with baby and stroller, table was gross i asked to please clean the table they didn’t even bother, since we ordered uncle burger with no bacon as we are Muslim still bacon in burger. Also forgot the drink and i have to wait till they serve everyone who was behind me to get my drink. then the girl came and asked can I clean like when we were eating sweeping and mopping underneath of us.
Ordered the new prime rib burger. I ordered it without onions and it still didn't look like the picture. I looked and looked again and it seems it was short on pickles, if that's what it was in the picture. The meat was very tasty.,the tv commercial brought me in but not worth the $8. It was the middle of the afternoon and there was only one table occupied in the dining room. There were many dirty tables in the dining room and I ended up sitting at a table that I didn't want to but it was clean. Also there was food on the floor. Dirty dining room........dirty kitchen?
Staff were nice, they were quick to clean a table for us.My sweet potato fries were a little under cooked but the rest of the food was good.
I go here every summer and always get a Beyond Meat burger and some root beer. Very fast, quality nice service. Love it!

Never have had a positive experience here in years.- slowest drive thru in town- staff don't listen to your order- my last 3 visits I've received the wrong food.- beverages taste terrible. As if the mix is off and it's watered down and generally terrible. As if someone accidentally put a few drops of coca cola onto a cup of water.- vacuum and stuff jammed into the corner of the store makes it a bit of a mess.
Just got home from the drive-thru. I should have known it would be bad when an A&W drive thru is fast. Poured my onion rings out and they looked like this lol. Actually COLD. Soggy. Not even warm. Most of the batter just fell right off them. I have them in the oven as we speak to make them a little bit better.I haven’t even looked at the burger yet. I’m scared.Well, this was one way to throw away $16
Good food; friendly staff who are patient and tentative. Cheap desserts. Prices are good, but no deals or offers. You can save a bit by bundling but deals would make a&w a great spot for quick food.
