The food was good. Our server Lora was professional, considerate, and an overall excellent waitress. Ordered the nachos and bbq chicken pizza. The pizza was slightly burned on the crust and the nachos were a little overcooked, but both tasted good and they were cooked in a wood-fired oven after all. Fun, casual atmosphere. Good pricing. I recommend.
My partner and I (and our dog!) come here frequently and have always had great service. Awesome selection of beer from local breweries. Delicious pub food. Safe to say that Witchcraft is our favourite local pub.
Excellent food! Very good variety. If you're vegan they have an excellent portobello mushroom burger. The waitress was very friendly and service was good also.
DO NOT EAT AT THIS PUB!!!! I was served an ahi tuna sandwich that was frozen in the middle. I am a hobby chef and am very familiar with how to cook and serve ahi tuna. I informed the server Who took it to the kitchen to address the complaint. She returned with the sandwich saying this is how it should be!! In other words, I was told to eat the frozen fish!! When I informed the server that I would not even consider eating half frozen fish, she rolled her eyes and treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about!She took it off the bill, and when we paid her, I advised her to be a little bit more respectful when she received a complaint from someone Who had a genuine concern. She told me she didn’t want to speak to me and referred me to the manager. Despite my eloquent explanation I was told to go outside in case other customers heard me. I walked out of the door and the manager slammed the door behind me in Temper!!This is without doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had on the rare occasion I make a complaint about food. No matter what the venue come back with, this is how I was treated. I am advising you to never eat at this pub. In balance, I have had some good experiences here, but the current staff are an absolute disgrace to the name of the business
Great beer menu that always has new options. Their pizza is good sized and a lot of variety to choose from. Parking is a bit of a gong show when it gets busy tho.
Great place in Maple Ridge with good beer and good. I had the Mac n’ Cheese balls and the soup. The pizza was also very good. Decent selection of local craft beer as well.
Experience was horrible, I called a couple days in advance to make a reservation for my girlfriends birthday. We get there with our party of 8. The waitress splits us up into 4 groups for the bills. It took over 30 minutes for us to receive our drinks. Then once we ordered our appies those were almost an hour and they came at all different times, same thing happened with mains, another hour after that coming all seperate. some of our parties food was cold time we could eat together. Once we received our bills they were also screwed up. It was just headache after headache for us. We spoke to the waitress that we were not happy with what occurred, we did appreciate a drink being taken off each order but after we paid they proceeded to make comments about the wait I found that kind of rude, when they just could of been up front. I emailed two days later expressing my frustration and never received any response from the restaurant. Safe to say I won't go back.
My wife and I come here alot, or atleast we used to. Our server Wendy was great, friendly, and attentive. We got our food on a decent timeline and she made sure that our drinks were full the whole time despite being split between outside and inside and having a full patio. Lately the service has been subpar to say the least but we were very impressed! When we come back we ll definitely be looking for her section.
I've been to witchcraft a few times and normally I've been in to eat and the food is usually not bad, but this time I came to pick up food , not only was I not greeted at all but took a long time for anyone to even help me and to top it off I go home and my food is way ove cooked the wings were so dry! And my nachos were burnt! Will not go back again!
Wonderful service with a heated patio and excellent pub food. One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Great craft beer choices. Love the choices for sides that includes wings, poutine, or a variety of salads.
