We went through the drive through. The salads were really good. Should have checked my bags before we left as we didn't get the fries that we'd ordered. It was too far to go back and complete in person.
Worst experience and worst staff i’ve ever seen at a Wendy’s! I am not one to leave reviews let alone of fast-food places but tell me why I sat at the order window for 10+ minutes without even being acknowledged at 11:30pm then sat at the food window for another 5 minutes as the staff chatted amongst themselves. 25 minutes for my order and i get and iced tea without any ice in it and JBC with NO bacon NO lettuce NO tomato and NO sauce? I love a nice warm iced tea and a bread with a patty and cheese thanks wendy’s!
M working for the skip. Whenever I got order from wendy’s it’s always late. We still wait. Today, I reached on order pickup time and the girl said 10-15 minutes wait. As it’s already been 10 minutes. The lady at the front said that if waiting is bother you then don’t pick our orders. I mean seriously. If employees are not capable to make the orders on time and that much frustrated then store should stop taking skip orders. I use to work at fast food from so long and as much I know you can’t be rude and this girl is on next level. Need to teach them some custom service skills. Not right place to work if you can’t handle it.
The service is very poor especially for delivery. They made me wait unnecessarily. Every-time they made me wait at-least 15 minutes for the Uber/Skip pick up order. The staff prefer chatting instead of taking care of the customers and So unprofessional staff. The delivery drivers are also taking care of their customer’s food.
I had an opportunity to do a survey on the back of my receipt and receive a burger when ordering a premium burger. I gave a fare and positive review but when I went to the counter to order both burgers a lady who appeared to be a manager insisted I needed to order one combo meal. I told her that is not what the receipt showed but it didn't matter. I chose to walk out instead of be taken advantage of like that.That was really in poor taste...shame on you!
Could be slow! It might be the only fast food chain has a fresh salad. Frosty is something you don't want to miss.
I very been here almost 5 minutes (and counting).The staff are completely ignoring the line up of 6 people. Some people walked out.The service is abysmal. This was on a Sunday at 5:00 pm. They had 3 or more people working the drive thru and occasionally a manager would deal with the counter service. I was 4 back for almost 15 minutes.When they had other managers employed here the service, even when they were busy, was by far superior. This occurred on May 9th, 2022.
Almost used the drive thru quit literally. The woman on the microphone was very short and when trying to clarify a mistake on the order before approaching the window we were cut off very harshly. Was a frequent customer a year ago but the quality of customer service has dropped.
Usually good service but tonight around 6:00 pm (May 2 2022) there was a new woman working there with a bad attitude. At the drive through. We ended up with the wrong drinks, no sour creams for baked potato, no spoons for frostys, and incorrect burgers. This woman needs some more training.
Alright Ill start off by saying don't go here. I've been to many Wendy's and this is the only one that truly was the worst and by far just the lowest quality. My husband and I where ordering through drive through, and the lady taking our order just stopped replying mid way through and left. I said hello over and over until she finally told me "oh one moment please". It wasn't until we received our food that we really were truly let down. My plain double cheeseburger had the wrong cheese on it for one. The meat was SO DRY. Never have I ever had a DRY Wendys meat patty. Who knows how long they where in that cooler. I also got a sprite BUT I KID YOU NOT IT TASTED LIKE HOW A BATHROOM SMELLS! My husband confirmed my experience with the sprite. Also the chicken strips where dry.
