My family really loves the burgers here, generally they are made well. The vanilla milkshakes have a great flavour. I would not recommend fries/sweet potatoe fries/poutine as they do not fry them long enough to be crispy- soggy, wilted sad looking things regularly.Really love the brand of creamy honey mustard dip here though- one of the best.
Sorry this is about the tenth time I have been disappointed with my meal. If it's not one thing it's the other. I won't be going there anymore.

I paid good money for a burger and fries. What did I get for that? A HORRIBLE meal! When I got to work and opened the bag, I discovered the burger patty was old, reheated.... dry..... overcooked. Basically like a piece of shoe leather, the cheese not even melted. The fries were also old, stale, overcooked.The enclosed packages of Heinz ketchup were good though.What a terrible experience. There's no excuse, they know what they're doing. Are they using product left over from the previous day?And I have spent the afternoon feeling pretty sick in the stomach.Hope I don't end up in Emergency......
Always hot food and friendly staff. Way better option. Never had a single issue coming to this location. Will be back soon
Ordered 3 meals got home and all three meals are wrong , kids meal was supposed to be chicken nuggets received hamburger, ordered Monty mushroom burger got a soggy veggie burger with no mushrooms, ordered legendary burger and got no fries. If all this didn’t cost me 47 dollars I probably wouldn’t be so pd off.

Food served here is always excellent, as is the service... Very clean, calm, peaceful ambience. Server Dawn is a favorite, also Ben! I often meet with friends, and enjoy the luxury of being served in every way. I long to bring my unvaccinated friends, but this restaurant is compliant...
