Owners are super nice. I have not had a lot of bubble tea prevously and was unsure what to get. The lady surprised me with a delicous drink. 5 stars for customer service and price!
Normally we go to Tea One Bubble Tea but today it was closed so I took a chance which I regret. I really wanted to like it but The Taro "milk" bubble tea I had was really watery and lacked flavor and the service was incredibly slow. It took over 20 minutes to get 4 drinks and we were the only ones in the place. I will say the pearls were great. They were fresh and still warm but overall this place doesn't compare to my usual bubble tea place. The other issue I had was lack of variety. They don't have popping pearls and don't even carry the popular black sugar milk tea although they charge just as much as other places for a product that is clearly not up to par.
Literally the best bubble tea place I've tried in Vancouver!! Must try..

This is my favourite little “hole in the wall” stop for not only a Coffee Slush with pearls (hands down best coffee drink around), but the most delicious Bahn Mi (Vietnamese Sandwich) EVER. The spice and flavour is top notch and it always tastes so fresh. I also have to mention I always receive the BEST customer service here! Thank you Tea One for always being a bright spot in my day whenever I stop by!

I wish I could give zero stars as I was given a completely wrong order. I have asked to give me a mango "real fruit" bubble tea and will give any additional cost, but it turned out we were given a chemical powdered mango flavor bubble. Very disappointed and feel like we were being cheated the whole time and she could have just said upfront "no we don't make "real fruit" bubble tea.
