Sllloooowwwwwwwwww... this tim horton never has any season special donuts. The is never tim bits or normal donuts there for the kids and it takes forever if I wasn't addicted to the coffee I would never go here
I ordered chicken southwest wrap and they forgot to put the chicken!
First time at this location. Not a good experience at all. The place was very busy and they had no staff to handle the rush. There were 6 ppl in line in front of me and about 4-5 behind me and there was only one cashier working. The garbage bins in the front entrance were overflowing and it was a complete mess. It took about 10-12 min to get a coffee and a toasted bagel. If you are going here be ready to wait.
ordered for pickup and when i got there my stuff was ready but i didn't have a straw for my drink and when i asked for one the girl threw it at my food and didn't even say anything or look at me. hope she's having a better day now than she was this morning!
Potato wedges were cold, dry and burnt, this is the second time this has happened.

Crispy chicken in the buffalo wrap was burnt and inedible. The service wasn’t great either. I was told the wrap could not be grilled as the machine was shut down for cleaning and would not be turned on again for the rest of the night (3 hours before the store closes). I was advised of this after I had ordered and payed.
I wanted a garden veggie sandwich they couldn't make it, even though they have all the ingredients, cause the new Caprese sandwich was now a thing which I ordered anyways and they never gave it to me I don't understand how you aren't checking the orders before they go out. Yes I usually check before I leave the drive through to make sure I have everything but today I couldn't cause I had to rush home. Do better Tim Hortons! This isn't the first time this has happened.
