There is NO TIM HORTONS HERE. His is a GAS STATION. They serve Tim's coffee. But there is no Tim's. You can not get Tim's menu items. I don't know why people have posted pictures from a different location. It very misleading
My mayonnaise sandwich was amazing! There was the perfect hint of chicken and lettuce to go with the all encompassing mayo.The amount of mayo on my sandwich was frightening. Idk what's worse, the amount of mayo or the fact that I ate all the mayo. sos.
Worst Tim Hortons I have been to so far. Messed up my order 3 times, but I only noticed the 3rd one after leaving and was over charged. Sad...
I don’t understand how it’s 1 in 10 times I get a fresh coffee from this Tim Hortons. Either there’s something wrong with your coffee brewing thing or no one cares about keeping the coffee fresh. This place badly needs a new management
Ordered quite a few meals,super frustrating when trying to feed many quickly and there is always something wrong with this location. A hash brown was forgotten. The coffee has no taste and has a weird aftertaste. The crispy chicken wrap was grilled so long it tasted like charcoal. And the wedges were disgusting, smelled weird. Description from the eater- the smell like a farm.
So disappointed with every Tim’s I go thru lately but this Sunday morning takes the cake. When you have 6 staff members all hovering around a take out window and they screw up a half dozen honey dip donut order? At a coffee and donut shop? I think Tim’s needs to evaluate their hiring, wage, consistency and customer service across the board.Just a suggestion from a customer who gives up. I may pay more at Starbucks but their service is always stellar. Bye Tim’s every time thru I get bad service. Tim’s in Maple Ridge has a huge customer service issue at every location
A lady from this Tim Hortons, called R.J. asked me to wear a mask inside the store even tho I am exempt . I told her that I am exempt ( and I don't need to reveal my medical status in front of her and the other people in the store) and she didn't care . She asked me to wear a mask. I felt very discriminated and she didn't care about people's health . That's sad that we live in this country now,in this way !!! .. soon I will call and talk with a manager !!
Has two drive though lanes but one is permanently closed even during the rush hour even with a carline up to the main road. Never have any chilli or soups available ever. It’s definitely the management responsible for the poor management
Very bad experience. I went to get everything bagels toasted and she gave us just the bagels and put some butter on it didn’t toast or cut them and when we went back to get replacement, she did the same thing again ❌ don’t come to this Location
Sometimes the sandwiches aren’t very warm which is a let down. And the drive-in gets unfortunately dirty due to customers not cleaning up after themselves. But over all they are fast with orders and usually get them right. I like their variety of food as well, I wish soups could be a breakfast item too.
