Omg the best sushi ? everClean and fresh and tasty with brown rice ? I ordered the Barbie roll it is the best ever ?I love these guys ???super happy friendly service
Sushi is fantastic, definitely one of the better places in Maple Ridge for sure! BUT...today as I was waiting for my order to be ready and a customer came in and said they accidentally grabbed the wrong order when they left. The sushi chef LOST IT and started yelling at her. "YOU SAID YES! YOU SAID GOOD! WHY DID YOU TAKE THE ORDER!?!" It was absolutely unprofessional and of that's the way they treat the customers I'm not sure if I'll continue to be one. The lady that worked there apologized and tried to smooth things over which seemed to be appreciated after being yelled at by her co-worker.
Had a great experience at this place. The service was good, the sushi and miso were delicious. The prices are very fair. I'll definitely be going back.
Spicy agedashi tofu was soggy, not a crispy tempura outside. California rolls with real crab was dry and bland. Barbie roll had crunchy asparagus inside with pieces of sand still in it that I gagged and spat out. Will never return.Super disappointing especially when it said this was best in town.
tuna roll had white slimy substance and avocado in salmon avocado roll tasted disgusting, never will order again
Bad service. Ordered some rolls to go and Kani miso soup to eat in. Asked if I can have tea and they said "no tea" while other customer is offered tea. Kani miso soup is supposed to have real crab meat but this meat is not fresh also very rubbery.
I wish I took photos before I left but this is why. So our food looked like a 5y.o made it which was already terrifying to me. In my opinion, sushi restaurants should be able to at least master gracefully shaving an avocado. Not slicing clumps of BROWN avocado to top my sushi. Disgusting. My beef udon came out which was salty as sht so I asked for hot water to water my salty ass soup down. Nothing. My boyfriend gets his chicken teriyaki and not only does it look like it was made by a 5 year old it looks exactly like the frozen dinner chicken teriyaki. One fking bite into that and the middle was still mf frozen. Like are you fking kidding me to serve this and charge $20 a dish was INSULTING. I called my already useless waiter over and told him I just took a bite into frozen chicken that I know was a frozen microwaveable dinner. I didn’t even really complain I told him I was just hungry and asked him to microwave it. This guy looks at me and says “impossible” then proceeds to walk away from me, print my bill with everything fully charged (remind u we did not eat any of this food) and hands it to me. I urge you to stay away from this place. I’ve never dealt with such rude people who I was willing to compromise with. Never ever ever pls avoid this place at all costs. I still can’t get over how rude this man was to me.
Fantastic! I’m sorry those people left without paying. They were idiots. Our food and service was awesome.
I will never know if they actually give you chopsticks on take out. Too many orders, no chopsticks. ??
The food is extremely fresh and always consistent. The service is phenomenal. This evening for the first time a roll was missed on our order, we called to let them know and they delivered another one to our home while we were still eating, they also didn't charge us for an extra roll we ordered. Great place.
