Excellent experience at this location as always my mango dragon fruit refresher was absolutely delicious. And my petite vanilla bean scones were absolutely amazing as always thank you Starbucks you guys rock ?

Unfortunately very very slow service. Waited 20 mins for our drinks when their was no line.

Good location with outside seating - important for enjoying a coffee in good weather.

Insane wait times for overpriced food and coffee. Staff were nice enough which is about the only thing it had going for it

I arrived the store around 5 pm. It’s quite empty. There were 3 baristas and only 2 customers waiting for coffees (already ordered) . No line. Definitely not busy. I’m the only new customer who needed an order.The barista (or cashier) in charge of ordering, was making a sandwich or something for one blonde lady. Meanwhile, chatting with her. Baristas are nice, but they just stood there watching us.I have stood in front of the counter until the cashier wrapped up the sandwich. I’m pretty sure she sees me…… however, instead of taking my order, she keeps chatting until I stare at the blonde lady. They both aware that I am waiting for ordering, but they pretend I wasn’t there. I’m fine with that blonde lady, but can’t accept what barista did. It’s her job, and it’s totally not busy!That cashier stopped chatting because she doesn’t want to offend the blonde lady, NOT ME! She ignored me until I did something for myself. I still ordered my Macha latte , and it only took 10 seconds. After my order, the barista chats with the blonde right away. No thank you; no asking my name; no small talk; even not asking if I need a receipt.I’ll definitely visit this store and see how they treat different ethnicities. Next time I’ll take pictures to prove. And I’ll keep writing reviews. Lastly, my Macha latte is lukewarm……

Constantly closes early despite the hours on their website.I would recommend not wasting your time going to this location.The Pitt Meadows location is only a 5 minute or so drive away.

Management is slacking in cleanliness!Floors filthy, tables not wiped, windows covered in fingerprints, coffee, and wiped with dirty rag. Chairs are filthy, baby seat is covered dust and smudges of food, the leather chairs are badly scratched and stained. This is during covid when everything should be cleaned and wiped down. If the seating area is this filthy, what does the back area look like where food items are prepared??? Our coffee's were hot and delicious so only 2 stars.

They are the worst especially for drivers picking up…. They mark the order as ready for pickup and then when asked they say it’s not ready in unprofessional way and not bothered about asking order no as well…. They should hire workers who treat everyone equally with respect not just their customers….

This Starbucks is very slow. And they don’t have high accuracy with executing the orders so on an already busy day they would be redoing an order 3 4 times because they didn’t listen the first time. In my case, the fully forgot to put the sandwich in, no communication no apologies nothing.

this specific location doesn't have reliable hours. if it closes ay 8pm, there will be a sign on of the door saying they close at 3:30. this had happened to me three times now.
