Not sure why it should take 30 minutes to go through the drive through here...but alas, that's what it took today. It's frustrating too cause once you get in the line up that circles half of the building, there is no option to get out of it if you want to. Additionally, there was no pre-order option on our app for this store, which could have sped things up quite a bit. Order was also not done correctly with 1 of the drinks but we were graciously given more cream to take with us. Yup...summer is here!

Went there today got a mango dragon fruit refresher and a vanilla bean Frappuccino with caramel and they forgot the caramel and the refresher was very watered down
the barista made a point of checking with me regarding my order and made it faster than that online order predicted

Slowest service over 35 min for a coffee. Rude and they make you feel like it’s your fault that nobody there knows how to make a coffee.
Barista didn't wipe the steam wand between uses. Watched her use milk, leave it, then Oat milk. That is an allergen and bacteria issue. My drink wasn't filled to the top AND it was 1/4 foam, so I had 2/3 of a drink. She fixed it but her clear lack of care was glaringly obvious.
Really great staff and yummy drinks at this location, the parking lot/drive through can be a bit hectic though!
People have lost their humanity.I had a really bad experience in the parking area....I just back up un the handicap spot to go check on my crying baby....all the parking spots were occupied. A young lady ask my to leave...I told her my baby is crying....just give me a second. Than a man coming from the store....very furious ask me to leave. So I did....with my baby crying so very bad on the car.I will never go back to that store. People are so eager to judge others without knowing their situation. Not sure if this is due to pandemic... but people have lost their humanity ?
You have to try the grande Cappuccino but with half and half (breve). It's super good and never needs any kind of sweetening. The half and half makes the coffee super smooth and velvety. I ask for it extra hot.
