Used to really like Silver House. Our last 2 orders have been disappointing. Crispy Ginger Beef was soggySweet and Sour Pork was just OKChicken Chow Mien okPork Fried Rice okLemon Chicken okDeep Fried Wontons were overcooked.Guess we have to find a different place to get Chinese food
Everything was delicious like always bbq pork, beef and broccoli with black bean, lemon chicken, and can’t forget them chicken balls, if you like a little spice the Singapore style chow mein will tickle those taste buds, the only thing I don’t recommend is the fried rice tasteless and dry but hey you can’t win them all
ordered from this restaurant for years, the last time we ordered went through the order twice and they forgot the chicken chow mein, said we never ordered, even ordered by the numbers, they couldn't care less, thank good there are lots of other Chinese restaurants in Maple Ridge.
What a joke this place has become. I used to order regularly. Now food always comes luke warm and soggy. Can't say how many ginger beef I've gotten over the last few months that is full to the top with sauce and the fried ginger beef waterlogged and soggy and taste like $hit. Same with everything else. Last time I spend $80 on food I have to throw away.
Ordered for the first time, ordered at 5:32pm, was told about 1 hour, at 6:43pm I called to inquire, I was told it was out with driver, 7:05pm driver showed up, food cold, the bag was wet, torn and food spilled everywhere inside. Refused the order, told driver he had already had it 20 minutes in his possessionCalled restaurant back to let them know I was not accepting it and would not order again
The beef chop Suey was sour which the 3 of us got sick the chow mein sweet and sour pork was also sour first time I ordered there will not order again just wasted 70.$ on Chinese food we just dumped all in garbage never order again

The location is close to home, the restaurant has good food, priced reasonably,,, but lacks any real atmoshere.We were the only dine in customers at the time, but noticed they had a huge take out and delivery service hoing on. I suppose they have a reputation for good food and value as they sure were busy
We always get our Chinese food from Silver House. Its always fresh and hot.Have been a customer for a long time.
