First visit food good service ok Would visit again
We brought our granddaughter…. She says the best Mac and Cheese in the world it melts in your mouth . We had a great time
Just finished the food, it's "meh", soggy fries, chicken fried hard as rock. The service is terrible. I arrived a bit earlier than the supposed pick up time, sit down and waited. Time passed the food was still not here but I did got to be told to get up and stay outside in the cold to wait for my food.The food is 15 minutes late, no apologies whatsoever. I'd like to take my tips back if I can, 10% for what? The very opposite of good service.

To be a fair critic, I have been here a total 6 times, and each time experienced different, but definitely more bad than good. The breakfast/brunch is great, but I would say for lunch/ dinner it’s below average pub food and excessively oily. Service has been hit or miss, but more bad experiences than good. Staff and more importantly Management also doesn’t seem to care a lot of customer satisfaction. I don’t see myself returning or recommending.
Food is unreal. Service is great. Happy hour specials are worth it. Good pub atmosphere. Lots recurring locals, which means it's probably the place to be (myself included). Keep up the great work!
The 4 stars was for our waitress who also was the bartender had a full bar top and a whole table section she provided exceptional service! as for the food, pizza definitely not worth $20 I'd suggest going when they're $5 off. Music was so loud I couldn't hear my husband speak we ended up packing up our dinner and leaving. Will try it again but hard to have a conversation with the music blaring couldn't even hear our waitress especially when they have to wear a mask
We tried Sammy J's today for lunch for my mom's 81st birthday. The food was really, really good. All four of us loved the dishes we ordered. I whispered to our (wonderful) server that it was my mother's birthday today. After lunch, she brought out a lovely dish of two large brownies with ice cream for my mom - on the house! There was plenty to share. I was so impressed with the great service. Our server was a young woman with long, black curly hair. I wish I'd gotten her name. (Our receipt says server 2007). If you're looking for a quiet place to dine - this is not it. But other than the noise level, it was terrific. I'd happily dine there again.
Fairly typical pub slash bar place. Food's decent. Lots of TVs. Very loud.
I don't support the shady management here, beware potential applicants! My family and I regularly dined here until our favourite server was terminated with no notice. She was an absolute angel who always went above and beyond to make each and every visit nothing short of amazing. My wife and kids absolutely adored her and we recommended this place based on her alone. She was such a sweetheart! Deeply disappointed they would treat an invaluable employee like this.
