We came here for my nephews birthday (a party of 15) and they were the best hosts. They provided an adequate spot for us to set up and decorate. The server was amazing - he was attentive and so pleasant even though we were constantly asking him for things. The food came so fast and it was great. The server made our experience our best - thank you!
Not overly impressed with being seated as a table of 5 in a table big enough for 4. We asked for a bigger table but were told that all of the bigger booths were taken, yet there were several tables for 6 around. We noticed the same thing happen to a group that came in shortly after us. It seems strange to go into a fully newly renovated restaurant and feel like they are not willing to put guests at a table with enough space..With that being said, Quincy was a great server, as always. And the food was good!
We had a really great experience here! Everyone was very helpful and professional. Our server was fantastic. One of the best service experiences we’ve ever had. Our server was Julie. Unfortunately kitchen staff were having some issues which resulted in a delay in getting our food out, to which our server brought us our fries ahead of time so we wouldn’t starve. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. When we did receive our food it was very fresh and hot! We were very impressed!
Our server (Jewel) was amazing!! So polite and always checking on us and asking if we need refills and if all is well. She is five stars in my book. Food was amazing. Fish and chips delicious. I love that dipping sauce that comes with the popcorn shrimp.

Around 6:09 PM, Travis approached us to take our order. He said that the waiter for our table was busy, and therefore he extended his hand to take our orders. How nice of him! The type of attention and courtesy enable any customer to come here again.He brought drinks then we got our food at 6:25 PM. Our table waiter Aidan came twice and inquired about our convenience and the taste of food. It was very pleasant of her. The food was delicious.Travis 5*Aidan 5*Food 4.7*Keep rocking, folks! I was in the other day for dinner with my family. I was disappointed to see that none of the kitchen staff were wearing masks. I know that it is not mandatory to wear them now, but the pandemic isn't over. I would think that your company would want to protect your customers. My server brought our onion rings to the table about 3 inches away from his face. He kept leaning in over the table talking over our food. Who knows what germs he was spreading.The state of the restaurant itself was appalling. Garbage and food all over the floor, bathroom was a mess, broken toilet seat in the women's washroom. When the guests at the table across from us left, the table itself got a quick wipe down. Condiments weren't wiped, seats not wiped. Makes me wonder what the kitchen is like. Needless to say, we won't be back.
I have been to a few different Red Robin locations but the Maple Ridge location is definitely the best one by far. I was greeted and sat within seconds of walking in the door, and instantly felt so welcomed. Not only was the food exceptional, the staff and management excelled past my expectations. As a bartender/server I can understand how stressful it can get when it's busy especially during these uncertain times, but not once did I feel rushed or forgotten. Definitely will be back to this location! Thank you again for the amazing experience!
The last thing you want to see when at a restaurant is seeing lipstick (pink even!) on your water glass, add during a pandemic and my goodness- literally revolting. This Red Robin handled this situation poorly. After notifying the manager, she said she ‘did not know how to help’, she looked stunned. We said just bring the bill. 15 minutes later, the server came back and asked if we wanted to split the bill, she left. Then 5 minutes later the manager came back and said they got one bill wrong, she left. The whole time we sat there grossed out not wanting to touch anything. In my many years of serving experience, rarely have I seen such incompetence in customer care. Won’t go back to that restaurant ever. Disgusting experience.
I’ve been coming here since I was 6 and I’m 22 I’ve never had a bad experience here! I’ve had Julie as my waitress so many times and she is such a sweetheart. She’s so funny and such a genuine person her service is 10/10. So many great people work here. Love it!
