Normally great service but Easter Monday was . a different story ! They couldnt find my address at first .. yet have ordered over a 2 yr period to same address .. then said’ No such street?’ then got thru that part if it all ..i just waited .. called patience. and got marinara sauce with cheese sticks ?? UghYet.. i will keep ordering from there im sure . Need to tell ya .. the original order taking was annoying , the Clerk , all i have to say
Consistently cold pizza, location closes early. Extremely disappointing. I'll be giving my business elsewhere.
Had to happen eventually. One star ?. Order was nearly 20 min later than the 30 min promised. Not the first time had issues either. Pizza order not right before. Got the wrong type of wings. They frequently don't have one or more things on the menu available.
Usually i dont complain about forgotten dips but I prdered 4 and even asked the driver if they were in the box. He said yes and ran off before I even had time to check. Of course they werent. No worries Ill just call the store right? Nope. Took me 30 minutes to get through, just to be at a general customer service center with someone who literally just stopped responding after telling him the location i was having issues with. He hadnt disconnected he just went "uhhhhh" then stopped talking for 2 minutes. No way to contact the store is an absolutely ridiculous way to run any restaurant. Ive never had issues with them forgetting anything in the past but just the way the driver told me they definitely were, then ran off, and there was no way to actually contact someone to deal with is ridiculous. I wont be ordering here anymore because im not losing any more money here.
Always satisfied when ordering from this location and the delivery drivers are always so friendly and kind I recommend this pizza hut!

There is ALWAYS a problem. Tonight we ordered pizza for pick up. Showed up and they were closed despite my order being confirmed. ?♀️
Terrible experience with store order which I got a completely wrong order and they didn't even answer my phone definitely the last time I order pizza from pizza hut.
Terrible experience. Ordered pizza at around 5 o'clock, and was told it would be ready at 6. It's now 6:30 with no pizza. Tried calling the customer service line, but I kept getting bounced to the local store. first time, there was no answer after 20+ rings. Second time, it was transferred back to the corporate line after 3 rings. Third time, transferred back to corporate line after 1 ring. Definitely won't be ordering from Pizza hut again.
delivery times are getting worse. product quality is slipping. looking elsewhere.
