No question this is the best Italian food around! But what makes this a 5 stars rating is when I call to place my order there is always the sweetest kindest voice that answers. Naomi is amazing! She is always so helpful . We love her! Naomi you are a gem!
Went for the lunch special, an incredible value at just $10 for Focaccia Bread, Salad, and Pasta...However it was all very mediocre, I didn't expect much for the price and got exactly what I paid for, the sauce was very lacking in flavour and quite disappointing.
The waiter was so kind and polite. Shared his recommendations and was attentive to our small party.
I have been here 4 times. The room is rather dim in winter but still bright in summer even at 8pm. Service is always kind and food is transitional Italian.Sorry, I forgot take some photo every time.The small building is very distinctive. An old resident told me that there was a fast food, our eating room is a Drive-Thru way.
I placed an online order, pick up time was 30 minutes later. Arrived at the restaurant on time but nobody checked on the pickup window for 5min so I had to call for somebody. They forgot to check the online order and told me to wait for 8 minutes. Afther I waited for about 20 min just next to the pickup window I asked if the food is ready and it was already done but nobody called me. No sorries, nothing during the whole process. After I came home and opend my bag there was the salad missing I've ordered. I really regret the 10% tip I gave them when I placed the order. I even cannot forget the arrogant behavior of the older lady who I spoked to at the pick up window.
After a long time a good meal in a very friendly environment. Thank you very much for the good service and management. Only 1 star out of 4 due to lack of espresso. After an excellent meal, the place for an espresso is definitely empty. We will try to go again with the family. Very high quality ?.
We showed up an hour before closing and we’re treated to the best jambalaya I’ve ever had, it’s like a nice quaint Italian place and staff were speedy since we were almost only ones there. Would love to get the rose sauce recipe used in the jambalaya
We tried Italian restaurant first time .Food was great and presentation is ok but foods Smell was so good. We were happy to visit here . Definitely recommended.
What a horrible experience. We ordered pick up and when we arrived they said the food would be another 10 minutes. I thought ok I can wait 10 minutes. They said the manager was personally preparing the meal. Because I had made a special request for no brandy because my pregnant wife. Then while I'm standing there I can see that none of the staff are wearing masks. I could see many instances of cross contamination in that time. Handling money and then handling food. Touching faces. No hand washing. After the 10 minutes was up they said it would be another tens minutes and at that point I had seen enough. I wanted my money back. I asked and they said we don't know how to do that. We can can't refund your money. I asked for the manager. They said he was gone shopping. They told me 3 more minutes. I said I thought the manager was preparing the food? "He's gone shopping now". I demanded for my money back and they told me to just wait a few more minutes. I told them we do not want the food because none of the staff are wearing masks. They argued and said mask are not mandatory any more. I'm sorry who ever you were but you are wrong. Very disappointing.
