Admittedly it's been a while since I bought gelato here. Old owners I think. Larger trays of fewer flavous. The young lady staffing was friendly / polite, and asked me if I wanted a cone (of course!) The portions seem quite small which is ok in a way but seemed especially small considering the price ($5.99 for one scoop??) - add to that they charged an extra $0.80 for the cone! Not sure if they charge a different price for the cup or if cups are free. I've been for icecream where a fancy cone costs extra but from the small separate sign I saw explaining cone prices it seems even a basic cone is $0.50 extra which means the least expensive ice cream scoop is really $6.49. seems too much and too small for that price.
Everyone needs to get the passion fruit sorbet.Nice hole in the wall gelato place in the heart of steveston. They offer high tea, gelato, and even gelato mixed with coffee if I recall correctly. I loved the nice little patio they have outside for seating which gave us these wonderful photos along with an amazing sunset.As stated earlier, I would highly recommend the passion fruit sorbet as it was simply amazing.
Super cute! We just got the High Tea to go and ate it in a sunny spot along the river. Super delicious food and very cute arranged despite being a take out! We got the salted caramel ice cream and it was delicious!!!
Great quality with great ice cream! From my own opinion it's the best ice cream nearby. Definitely worth to get one.
This place is amazing! To begin with the flavours are endless. My favourite is the blueberry cheesecake. It’s just so rich and creamy. The place is also gorgeous all the tea cups and the furniture. All very antique. Their high tea is delicious. All the tea is TWG tea and it is so good. I would definitely go again. (This place is also a very good for taking pictures.)
It's so sad to see this lovely gelato shop got so many unjustified 1 start ratings. My gf and I drove all the way from Richmond to here every week. Never disappointed. I mean come on, if you don't like small portion go to Costco buy ice cream in buckets and shut up. Don't try to hurt good people that's running it. Covid already took lot of good shops from us.
The Gelato here are very delicious. I like the furniture in the store. The sofa is very comfortable, and the service is also warm enough. I will definitely visit Vancouver again next time.
Thought the old place was awesome and now what the hell happened, new place is smug and dirty...the server I'm guessing the owner, was especially rude and not helpful at all. I asked for a napkin and they just pointed, like where are you pointing?? The 2 flavors were tasting off and not quite what I expected, seems like the new ownership has no idea what they are doing. Not a fan and will not recommend this place to anyone I know anymore....bring back the old owners!!! Yikes very sad service :(
I had the rum and raisin ice cream a few times it tasted off, old and and just stale in my opinion. I use to go to this place a lot when I grew up in ridge, but it’s not the same anymore. The place also looks untidy when I’m in there… sad use to be so good
