I was very disappointed with this location! After driving home from a camping trip on a Sunday morning, I thought I would go through the drive thru for a quick snack. I ended up sitting in line, for what felt like 30 minutes. The car in front of me paid for their food and were sitting at the drive thru window for the longest time, before driving away with no food. I guess they didn’t want to wait any longer for their order! Terrible! I drove up to the window when it was my turn and I was not impressed, as probably detected in my tone of voice. I was not happy! The young boy handed me my food and just stared at me blankly, while the workers in the back were yelling at each other that they were all out of eggs at 9:30 in the morning! If you want something quick and convenient, don’t go here!
The worst serviceI ordered plain cheese burger without meat one nuggets in kids meal they have me ham burger in both n my kids hypoallergenic to red meat. We have to come back half way from lake to change all order. I don’t like manager response to this.
The service here can be slow during lunch hours. One of my friends loves the poutine here. Please always keep it on the menu!
I’ve travelled the entire planet and this McDonald’s (which is near my home) is consistently the worst. For years It’s been the slowest, you wait forever for food and then it comes out cold and not correct or very sloppy. I highly recommend not going here. I end up giving it a chance every now and again because it’s directly on my way home. I am let down 99.9% of the time. Go to a different one if you can.
Ordered take out and it took 25 minutes, they didn't even apologize and they forgot the fries in our happy meal
DO NOT go here - this is your warning.I went through the drive-thru with my family and they got 2 hot fudge sundaes and waffle fries. The person that took our order and with whom we paid was not very friendly or customer oriented.At the pick-up window, we were handed a bag and luckily my brother opened up the box of fries - in it was a half-full mix of regular fries and waffle fries.We then saw them scooping out the fudge from the metal container, which was being scraped from the very bottom. Our “sundaes” were then given to us and it was a cup of ice cream with small chunks of rock hard “fudge” on top.When we asked about the sundaes, they said that they were out of the syrup. If they knew they were out of it, they should have asked if we were OK with a substitute, but instead they just handed them to us (they definitely know better).After confronting them about the sundaes, they topped them up with caramel and issued us new waffle fries. The sundaes were extremely disappointing and the fries were cold (even after being reissued to us). I would also like to add they did not seem to think anything was wrong with this whole experience.I frequent the area and on the rare occasion I’ve gone to this McDonald’s, there’s been an issue. As a company, I like McDonald’s for their consistency and normally friendly service; this location is an exception to that and should be looked into by Head Office. Really disappointed.
I ordered strawberry shake and I recieved strawberry banana smoothie and when I questioned it I was then told no you get that because we dont have shakes right now .. and told as if in just supposed to be ok with it....I hate banana.. not really but what if. Maybe tell the customer when ordering u dint have the item not replace it with what you choose.
Honestly horrible service every time I go to this location. I made the mistake for the last time choosing this McDonald’s location. An absolute waste of $20. Got to the drive thru with only 1 car in front of me. Ordered 2 large mango pineapple smoothies, a Big Mac and a large fries to bring back home. Got 3/4 of my order and was asked to wait out front for my smoothie. Waited for 20 minutes. No smoothie. Foods gone cold I go back through the drive thru for my smoothie I never received, not a single person apologized.. I’ve worked drive thru jobs, I respect drive thru workers but an apology is typically protocol, to me the workers seem severely untrained. Went home with my soggy fries thinking I would at least enjoy the Big Mac. Nope. They put so much Mac sauce on/ all over the outside of the burger it was unedible.
This drive thru is hit or miss. Half of my orders are usually wrong. Just be sure to check your order before you drive off or go during non peak hours.
McDonalds is very unhealthy for you, but some Food there can be really good. Good to have once in a while. But it's burgers look really flattened when it comes in the package
