I have been an avid visitor to this establishment for quite a while. I am friendly and never mean to employees. I have noticed this place over the last 5 years turn down hill.Lately have been noticing my drinks only being filled 3/4 and no ice or even cooling system for the drinks. My drinks are now warm and not the actual amount of ounzes i paid for.Also, you run the risk after 11pm any night of the week that this store closes down till the morning. I now have to drive to the other end of town or across the bridge for late night food.I just want my go to place after work to be back to normal. After tonight, quite let down.Well normally you see a 24 establishment maybe go down for a little bit to clean but when you close at 12:30 and not open till 4am, that is misleading. Especially on the weekend. Not very happy about this.
The 203rd location was a disaster. The pop machine died once the temperature hit 30 degrees. The lobby was not looked after with beverage spills covering two tables. Fruit flies crawled over my table so I moved to a less filthy table. There were few customers..baffled why the manager did not send out a behind the counter person to address this disaster.
Over the last 5 months I have been to this location 5 times. Everytime the icecream machine is down. Get it together this is embarassing now. If this is a franchise, McDonald's should revoke them...
AWARD FOR WORST MCDONALD IN B.C. come here a few times and you will find out too. They've forgot our fries last time for our meals. Today they served WARM soft drinks. And fries are always cold. Never had even a warm burger from here. Will NEVER be returing here again. Give the other (east side of Louheed) MCDONALD'S a try. They are 100x better.
Food service is always so long. The staff are always rude except for a select few. The managers are always rude. And they don’t use gloves when making the food and use the excuse that the wash their hands of 30 minutes. I watched a manager making the burgers with no gloves and whatever products was left on her hand she just wiped on her pants. I used to go here all the time even tho service was slow. But after this I am disgusted.
No gloves, no hairnets, took them 20 minutes to make one big mack and the employees were talking in the kitchen instead of making food. Usually I don’t post reviews but this is ridiculous.
If I could I would rate a zero. My niece and I found a bug that came out of the drink dispenser into a cup as my niece was pouring a drink. We went up to the counter and the excuse was that "There everywhere sorry" lack of concern from the staff and no solution was made. Very unsanitary as well. Fuit flies stuck to the ground and flying everywhere. Just horrible experience. I'm shocked that McDonald's all over hasn't been shut down permanently to be honest.
Today I placed an order inside on the kiosk. I did not receive a receipt so I took note of my order number. I noticed my order number was on the screen by the counter I waited as they called out order numbers and people that ordered after me received their order. In that time they had given my order to someone else I know this because a customer who had left came back in saying they had the wrong order. The worker then gave her what she originally ordered and said to keep my order as well. I asked another worker about my ordered then waited and waited. Finally I asked for a refund and left.
Can't give before one star. Unfortunately every time I have gone to this location I always have a cold, not like warm, a cold burger and fries. Today I stood there waiting while my food was in the bag for 4 minutes getting cold again while they filled other orders and left mine there. I asked for me fries at least and guess what, luke warm. Better off going to A&W. At least the food is warm when you get it.
Have no issues with small orders but any decent size order will have things missing or rushed. Even had burger patties missing from an order of 20 burgers. No way they didn't notice packing up a couple buns with sauce in it. Always double check large orders before leaving!
