First impression, dirty. Staff not in uniforms, wearing whatever they like, no hair nets on anybody, hair just flowing wild. Kids on cell phones texting while customers lined up in lobby and in drive thru. Super slow. Disgusting, will not return to this mcdonalds. Bunch of lots running around attempting to cook.Gross, do not eat at this mcdonalds.

Entered this location for a dine-in experience. Used the restroom facilities first and found it in a disgusting state ?. Then proceeded to the counter to place our order, they didn't even acknowledge us, we waited and waited until we decided just to go through the drive-thru. Ordered 2 seperate cheeseburgers (amongst other items), one with no onion, and the other with no pickle. The cheeseburger with the "no onion" sticker on it had zero toppings. The cheeseburger with the "no pickles" sticker on it, had pickles on it, and no onions ?.... this is by far the worst mcdonalds and the worst fast-food establishment I've ever been too. Nasty place and slow/careless service.

I ordered breakfast via the kiosk and yet again, the printer did not work. This time it didn't even show my my receipt number. So I was standing there trying to figure out my number. As I see people after people get their order, I'm wondering what kind of system are they running?I also see that the people who order in the restaurant are second class citizens to the drive through window. We are basically trash from what I can tell. Anyways after 15 minutes of waiting I get my order and I only knew because I had to ask what it was when they threw out the number.As I picked up my order, I told the counter person that they should fix the printers as it never worked for me. Their response was "too bad" as they were walking away. That's some great service from this restaurant.My advice, go somewhere else like A & W across the road.

What is wrong with people working at McDonald’s here? Some don’t wear uniforms, I saw more than one teenager here working in a top cropped. They don’t wear a hair net and have long hair. Always touching their hair and then touching the food! Also, they are always checking their cellphones! That’s why my order came wrong so many times! I’m a big fan of McDonald’s, it was my favourite fast food chain, but I’m living nearby for a year and I’m staring to look for another options. I made a formal complaint, no one never get back to me. They just don’t care, management, executives, staff, no one.

Absolutely the worst McDonalds! Managers are not helpful. As a delivery driver I waited over 20 minutes multiple times, this is due to the managers chatting to one another about personal life matters while on shift! It’s not fair to their customers, nor is it fair to us as drivers. We all have a job to do, we are both working for the customer. It would be appreciated, the management at this location would take that into consideration. 240th Street (300) Maple Ridge McDonalds is still the best overall for customer service

Love this McDonald's! Staff is always super friendly and the food is always well made. Though on one visit my QP looked like someone added the cheese from ten feet away; half in and half out of my burger. In all fairness it was rather busy for mid afternoon.

Absolutely disgusting. We went in the drive through around lunch, we were told to wait in Reserved spot 2, after 3 minutes we watched an employee bring a bag out to the car beside us, the man pulled out each item and we noticed it was everything we ordered, he crumpled the receipt, threw everything back in the bag and went into the building. After another 10 minutes we still did not have our order so my boyfriend went inside to inquire, they had no explanation but made us a new order right away. Another 5 min pass, as my boyfriend is coming back with our new order, an employee comes to my car and drops off the original order. I open it up to see the crumpled receipt and food items upside down. I was shocked that they would bring an order to my car that was already given and touched by someone else! I went in and explained the situation, the manager Dominique was very nice and offered to pay for our next order. I just find this totally unacceptable that this happened. If food is incorrectly given to the wrong customer, it should be thrown out, not given back to the original customer 15 minutes later! ?

Ice cream machine is down every time. It’s a jokeThe only reason they get 2 stars is SOME of the staff have earned them an extra one. Some staff go above an beyond- others are your typical fast food worker than can’t get an order right to save their life

Debit was down through drive-thru. Was informed after ordering at pay window. Had to go inside as I had no cash. Had to re-order after waiting for 10 min at till. Order grilled chicken burger, got crispy. No ice in my warm coke zero. The food was cold. The topper it wasn't even busy. Worst food and service ever!! Zero star rating

Have ordered here quite a few times. Half the time I'm missing something from my order or something isn't right. But that's fine. I went in the other week and ended up dropping my bag of food and they replaced it all for free which was super nice!
