My girlfriend and I were looking to dine in in the area. We were driving by when we saw the funky decor. The food was delicious and the service great! We didn't wait very long, in spite of a few skip the dishes coming and going for orders. If you are looking for a casual dining experience, I highly recommend going here.
Very interesting vibe. The food is top notch. Better than most local Japanese I have had and very authentic flavors. The service was not very attentive due to an influx of take out orders. It wasn’t a very comfortable dining experience with the chill from the door and the absent servers, but the food is worth going back. I think in the future we will stick with take out orders.
The food always tastes great, good portion sizes, beautiful presentation. The Custer service is great too. They are always smiling there. Oh, and it's really clean! Yum!
I've eaten here a bunch of times and it's definitely my favourite sushi place in Maple Ridge. Food is always good, lots of vegetarian and vegan options, fast service, friendly staff, great prices, and super cute decor!
Reasonable prices. Great flavors. Our go-to dishes are the tuna and salmon sashimi, hobo rolls, and canadian rolls. Best sushi in Maple Ridge.
I used to eat here a lot when I lived in Maple Ridge, They have a wide selection of vegetarian rolls and many of them are really good! They were very accommodating with payment and delivery when I was doing a mandatory quarantine. They also put my sauce on the side when I ask (seems like a small thing, but not all places remember to do it). Also when they first opened, I went there a few times and they gave me a free sample of a new menu item, which I really appreciated. Sometimes the service is a bit slow, but the staff is kind and the food is great! Highly recommend.
I have been here twice and was really disappointed. The presentation of the food is terrible and the taste is really stale. The california rolls are almost inedible. I can see this place being okay maybe if you buy something westernized and fried, but when it comes to anything traditional like sashimi or nigiri, it lacks taste and technique. Will not return.
The food is awesome and delicious. Price is reasonable and affordable. I would say this is the best sushi place in Maple Ridge.
These guys are always amazing!Fast, friendly, pricing ( non-skip the dishes price) fair to very reasonable, and the food quality EXCELLENT EVERY TIME!HAVE YET TO BE DISAPPOINTED. TRY THE HOBO ROLL or Ma'am s salad ( all salads (thus far) have been impressive).
