Absolutely loved this place. I regret not coming to this place before since this is so close to me. Amazing food, great customer service and cute ambience for a perfect dinner date. Food portions are large. Will be back soon.
This restaurant has the best fine dining in Maple Ridge. Their tasty menu is amazing. We live in Coquitlam and we come out here, because there is nothing like it.
Giving four stars because we had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to be served. Otherwise, this would have been an easy 5. The food is great. Portions are pretty big. If you're not very hungry you can probably share.This was my second time here. Last time we did lunch. Consistent experience.
My family and I had the pleasure of dining at La Trattoria Restaurant last night. I cannot say enough good things about the food and service . Natalie is a true gem and treated us fantastically! Chef Garry prepares all the food fresh to order and I have to say this was some of the best Italian food I have ever had! We very much enjoyed the atmosphere and not one person at our table was u happy with what they ordered - the food is over the top prepared perfectly and delicious. Worth every dollar and we will most defiantly coming back! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!
We took my mom here for her birthday birthday in May and I have to say I was rather disappointed in the service. I'll start with the good they we're extremely nice and I could tell that the lady was working very hard to make everything go smoothly....However we did not have her as a server. We had a man and he was extremely unhelpful.When ordering he did allow my mom to order a dish she had there before that was not on the menu but as for me I wanted a pasta on the side of my chicken breast the menus say I'm allowed to but when I asked he told me I was not. It would of been fine except for the fact he walked away without me completing my order...He didn't come back to our table for a hour. When he did he brought bread my mom is gluten free so we asked for a gluten free and another hour later gluten free bread was brought to the table. He then said he couldn't bring another balsamic vinegar plate for her to dip her bread into she would have to use the one contaminated with gluten..... she didn't trust that.About 30 minutes after that our appetizers arrived.... and we're extremely small for the price and I felt bad for it but I literally had to spit one out (probably a personal thing it just tasted like dirt to me)Probably 40 minutes after that our main courses arrived and to no surprise they we're small for the price. I didn't enjoy my chicken at all I think it had a weird taste (once again probably just personal preference)Roughly 3 and a half 4 hours after arrival we left and went to McDonalds as I was still starving.My mom has been here before and said its not usually that bad but it was my first time and will be my last due to this experience.
Like everyone, we've been in lock-down because of the pandemic. Tonight we went t o La Trattoria in Maple Ridge. Most restrictions are no longer in play. The food is as good as ever. Delicious Italian fare. But be forewarned, as everywhere, the prices have gone up. Economy dictates that they must be a bit more frugal. There is only one server, only one cook, and it slows things down. On a busy evening, or a busy time when customers arrive at the same hour, be prepared for slower service. The server is very knowledgeable and friendly.
I just walked in asked for pasta with meat sauce & lots of cheese to go please. The gentlemen looked and me a said they would take care of me & to come back in 15min.Long story boring, I'm now writing this review on to tell others how amazing this food is and to extend my thanks to the chef for taking care of me.Much Love & Respects 10/10
Hubby surprised me by inviting our two kids to dinner at La Trattoria. When we arrived, I was totally unprepared to see them there, but what a lovely surprise. The evening got better and better. Food was artistically laid out and carefully prepared. Flavours, colours and textures all worked well. Portions were generous. Huge wine selection and many menu options, including specialities of the day. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Ambience and decor are authentic and upmarket. We never felt rushed and had such a wonderful evening. We will definitely return soon.
Excellent service. Chicken special was delicious. Most entres are large portions and could be shared. Crab cakes are good but not as good as they used to be. Soft music playing . Love it there.
Had an amazing Mother's day meal. Service was impeccable and food was delicious! Will return soon!
