After waiting for almost 10 minutes in an empty storefront, we were served by a surly woman who walked away halfway through the ordering process. We ordered 2 medium blizzards. Both were undermixed and skimpy on ingredients.Also, she didn’t turn them upside down.0/10 I will not go back
I ordered a birthday cake the day before, the person who was taking the order wasn't listening as I had to spell his name twice.The next day I went to pick up the cake and was greeted by a very rude lady. She slammed the cake down and walked away as I was trying to let her know I needed to check the name. She kept walking and ignored me. I'll go to 224th before I allow myself to be treated this way again!
Absolutely the worst! Done with this store. I was hoping, with time and staff changes, they would get better but nothing ever seems to improve.Once again our order is wrong, for the umpteenth time. My partner ordered a Triple Chocolate Brownie ice cream which is a hot brownie with ice cream, chocolate syrup and chocolate pieces and a dollop of whip cream...his only request: pecan pieces. He had his order repeated back to him and paid for his purchase and came home to give me my ice cream only to be told there was no pecans. The pecans are what make this dessert delicious, at least for me it does.The staff at this outlet just doesn't listen. Considering how much they've increased their prices it's just not worth the frustration and disappointment to us to put our hard earned money with this kind of consistantly bad service.
Ordered a cake - and stayed for dinner. Food was really good - unfortunately quite $$$ pricey.Cake turned out amazing!!
Our blizzard was soft as _____. And she Couldnt turn it upside-down - nor put the core in it i paid for..... nevermind trying to figure out how 1 small royal and 1 medium royal blizzard came to $16 and some change? Disappointed- i just wanted the chocolate part lol
I'm not sure how byt these guys manage to screw up blizzards every time we come here. It's either only got toppings on the top half the of the blizzard ans white ice cream on the bottom or no toppings at all ( like tonight...it was supposed to be strawberry cheesecake.) Train your straff to figure it out. Because this is absolutely ridiculous. Tierd of wasted money here.
It's DQ so the foods good, however this is an incredibly slow location. Don't expect quick service. Today it took me 15 minutes to get 4 wraps
Went here for dessert as I had a gift card from my birthday. It was great. Good amount of topping on the sundae and the blizzard my partner got. The service was quick and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
This place is awesome. It's clean, friendly staff and fries to die for. Prices are great too compared to the others where you pay more for less. Highly recommended.
Got a blizzard for my son and peanut buster parfait for me. Pretty sure that the peanuts in my parfait were stale or spoiled. Really long wait time in the drive thru (5-10) mins after we ordered, consequently my sons blizzard was partially melted...the girl flipped it but it had a softdrink lid on so nothing leaked obviously. Overall the ice cream was good. It wasn't a bad experience today but definitely not the best. Also this location is **definitely** more expensive than the one in town.
