Slowest service of any fast food restaurant in Maple Ridge. Stood there for 30 min to pick up my sons cake and no one came to assist.Will be ordering from the other DQ from now on. They continually screw up Skip orders too.
We ordered 3 blizzards and we had to wait almost a hour. They forgot our order and we had to ask why it was taking so long. They didn't flip blizzard over and one was very runny. Disappointed
Ordered from Skip and found 2 strands of hair stuck to my chicken strips. I don’t normally write reviews but this was really disgusting. :,((
I placed an order on Uber eats, it was fairly simple, just two blizzards, the wait is understandable given the hour that the order was placed, what is not understandable however is the fact that I was given the entirely wrong order, not only were the sizes wrong but the blizzards themselves were not even close to what I had ordered, I don't understand how this is possible to mess up a customers order this badly.Thankfully I was refunded my money by Uber eats right away once I showed a picture of said screw up, bit the total lack of competence by the restaurant is astounding, not surprisingly this location has been going downhill over the past few years with sloppy service and staff with poor attitudes.i haven't bothered to mention it thus far as I was willing to give then a chance as I don't order or go in person all that often, but this has been to many times to ignore that I've had orders messed up or wrong entirely.I hope that someone in charge sees this and takes action to correct what is going wrong with their establishment quickly and swiftly
Completely unorganized drive through. They give me my blizzard and cold drink and ask me to go wait in my car in the sun while I wait for my food. No only did it take 15 minutes to make it to the drive through window now I've been waiting additional 10 mins and my blizzard is melted.It is always an atrocious wait here!!
Not only did I have to wait half an hour for my single mushroom burger (several people behind me got their food first) it seemed like it was made after 2 minutes, they forgot about it for 26 minutes and then put it in the microwave for 2 minutes. The thing was soggy, squished and even the wrapper was crumpled.Worst DQ experience ever.
Portion sizes have really gone down recently. The last two times purchased food the amount of fries and onion rings have been really sad. Especially when I'm paying extra for onion rings, I expect more than this.
Brooklyn was very helpful. My friend sadly dropped his blizzard as he tripped on his shoelace and she immediately rushed over after politely telling a customer she would be right back and cleaned the mess and made him a new one immediately. I have never had a better experience at a fast food restaurant. Thank you Brooklyn!
Stopped in real quick to grab 12 burgers, yes you read that right. The guy behind the counter had the same face you have reading this right now. But it was nice and fast, as fast as a dozen burgers can go. No body around, so I didn't wait in line. Nice staff nice experience.
Great food and they always get the order right unlike thier competitor ( no need to say who lol)
