OpenTable may not have been the best platform to book a reservation. The restaurant decided to close due to staff shortages and didnât let us know. The reservation was confirmed via email through OpenTable. When I reached out to the restaurant via FB Messenger, they said they tried calling me. I didnât receive a phone call from the restaurant and even sent a screenshot of my phone log to prove it. Our party of 4 who drove from two different cities was left staring at a closed sign upon arrival. Chameleon said they want to make it right with us but didnât offer anything on how they would do that. Very disappointed as we then had to drive 40 mins into Port Moody for the nearest fine dine in h restaurant that had room for us.
We arrived and went inside to be told there air conditioning was out . Itâs was 30 plus inside the restaurant , we stayed but it was a sweat fest . The food is always very tasty but for the price point the service is not at same level.
Lovely restaurant. Has a big city dining feel which comes as a nice surprise for Maple Ridge. The food was delicious and the âamuse boucheâ was a nice touch. We will definitely return!
Always outstanding! Iâm so happy we have this gem in Maple Ridge. I feel like Iâm transported out of Ridge for a couple hours somewhere fancy. The pork belly appetizer was unreal but the best bite was the tuna tataki, prepared as the perfect bite with every flavour on the plate. If you enjoy fine food, please go here.
Such a gem. Love the locally sourced food and presentation and flavours are delicious. MacKenzie is an awesome server.
A lovely meal with great service. An excellent ply to go in Maple Ridge for that special night out.

Our table was ready, the server was quick, friendly and very helpful with questions. Our seafood meals were delicious and the desert just the perfect size and taste. It was a delightful night out.
A special family dinner was made perfect with fantastic service and amazing food! Will definitely be back.
