went in today to the golden ears blenz (dewdney trunk road) Maple Ridge. cafe was clean and cool (yeah A/C). great service and promptly got our drinks. So yummy!

I immensely enjoy the shaken green tea with mango and strawberry flavouring (there's a lot of combinations).Should be a busy summer season for blenz maple ridge.
Edit: RESPONSEYou are admitting to letting coffee sit in that pot for 5 hours? I have worked in two separate coffee shops and it doesnt even matter if it stays hot....that is not fresh! As well, just for your information, the coffee was ice cold. You also did not comment on the mold issues I raised.This coffee shop does not follow the same standards as ones I have worked at. On three or four occasions, I ordered a coffee and it came ice cold. When I confronted the barista they claimed the other roast may be “slightly more fresh”. When having the other one, it was warm and old at best. It’s standard practice at coffee shops to make a fresh pot of coffee at least every hour. The ones I had seemed as though they were sitting there since opening. At that point, the drinks should be free… not even, should just not be served. On one occasion the barista offered me an Americano, but then charged me for an Americano. In all coffee shops, if you don’t have coffee but offer an alternative, you should charge for the coffee, not the alternative. As well, the items on the side of the till that are wrapped (the gluten free items) have mold on them. They have been sitting in the exact same spot since I began coming in almost a year ago. I suggest throwing out items with mold on them.Please train your staff to follow the common standards that every other coffee shop uses and stop using the same pot of coffee for the entire day.
I don’t usually write reviews but wow, EVERYTIME I come here I have never been dissipointed. The staff Are so friendly and welcoming! They listened to all of my preferences and always make the perfect Drink for me.
They keep refusing to make blended drinks in the evening- which is when I can go. Tonight it was 45-50 minutes before they closed. I’d understand if it was 5 minutes before close, but nearly an hour?! Forget it, I’ll go to Starbucks instead. I’d rather support a local business, but if the employees aren’t willing to make a drink beyond regular coffee, I’m done wasting my time with them.

I stopped by my Maple Ridge Blenz for a tea and best decision I made all day. So friendly. So welcoming. Mentioned I preferred a to go cup cause of a PD tremor and the person at the till made a joke.. I loved it! Found some new friends.
