It’s been years since my last visit at this place and they’re still consistent in serving tasty and delicious meals. We’ve waited 15 mins to get seated and it took a bit longer to serve our order but it’s all worth it. Staff are friendly and accommodating. I’m so happy with my Salmon Benny, it looks small portion but very heavy in my tummy.
I love it here. It can get a bit loud inside sometimes but the servers are lovely and the food is delicious. I had the eggs benedict with ham and a mocha over the weekend. ?
Extremely disappointed with our order last night. I ordered the Roasted Yam Soup bowl and the Jungle Chicken Salad. The salad was a major disappointment, the chicken chunks were not seasoned at all, had no colour and were extremely dry. The salad itself did not seem fresh. For $19 I was expecting a chicken breast to be sliced on top of the salad but it was just little pieces that looked chewed up, scattered through. Unfortunately the soup was very disappointing as well, extremely salty, and this is saying something because I like my food on the saltier side. I even tried to add it to a pot with some water but there was no salvaging it. Both went in the garbage.I am not sure what has happened but this used to be one of my favourite restaurants,sadly the quality of the food has completely gone down hill and I will no longer be able to support this business.
Always great food, service, and atmosphere at Big Feast! Usually get the breakfast, but got a burger this time for lunch and was NOT disappointed. Delicious! And the cheddar smashed potatoes?! I could eat those non stop until I went into a coma.One thing is their takeaway lasagnas never seem to cook properly when I follow the instructions. I’ve tried two different ovens, and don’t normally have issues with store-bought lasagnas! The outside always cooks super fast and the inside is all wet and mushy. I also appreciate it comes with a salad (which are great) but sometimes I’m just getting freezer stocking meals and don’t plan to eat it that day and don’t have use for the salad. It would be nice if there was a choice of salad or something else small, like a cookie/dessert or a drink. Just a thought!
Great place all around !! Delicious and original dishes, amazingly fresh and locally grown produce and very helpful and nice staff !!!
Your service is terrible. You take reservations and half the restaurant is empty while customers stand in the rain. No one waiting but stand there needlessly as staff do nothing with all the tables dirty. 5 customers came and went somewhere else including me do to poor service and delays. I won’t be back. The owner of this company is losing money and customers do to the poor business performance

The food is good. Line up was about 30 minutes at lunch time. Service was a bit slow but not enough to lose s star.
Always amazing food and service! I had a pick up order that wasn’t right but I didn’t notice until I was home. I called and was willing to pick up another but the manager was so nice & offered to deliver a new dish to my home. I will continue to support amazing small businesses like this. Thank you Big Feast!
