Poutine was an absolutely sloppy mess with a dissapointingly small portion. Fries had a weird half-fried crunch to them and its drenched in melted cheese curd and extra salty from the packet gravy. It's sort of like costco, but more expensive and worse. 2 stars because it was still better than I expected from a Maple Ridge strip mall.
This is 60 dollars worth of food!All the meat is dry and when I called and asked about what was delivered to us the blamed their supplier's! This is not a supplier's problem! Buyer be ware do not spend any money here!
I'd leave no star if I had the option.I ordered food for my child and told the guy there should be no spice on her chicken because she is 3 and can eat spicy food. First, he lied to me and said it was not spicy, and after I gave the food to my child, she started crying and said it was too spicy. I went in to replace the food, and he said there was no spice on the chicken, only salt and pepper, which was already on the chicken, and I asked him what pepper was to him.And when I asked for a refund, he told he couldn't because he could only give me half of the money back.This is the most revolting spot I've ever visited in my life. People who are worthless and cheap. You can even see the pepper on them on this picture
Came in, ordered a pizza, told to return in 20 minutes. When I returned, they forgot to print the ticket and I was told 20 more minutes. I asked for a discount or something for the mix-up and he said all he could do was give me a free drink. Not cool
Very disappointing. We tried the 5 cheese pizza and it was so salty that we could not eat it. I called to share our experience and was told that this pizza is salty because of the feta. Next, they mentioned that many order it without feta because it’s salty. Hmmm ? We were offered 50% off our next pizza however they were unwilling to deliver us a replacement. We won’t be going back.

New to Maple ridge, so I thought I check it out, ordered the half baby ribs combo for $25. When I got it, it was a joke. Not enough to feed two people. The taste was as if they dumped sauce to cover the dryness that been sitting in the freezer for so long. The chili look as if some puked in it.. why this place still standing blows my mind. Never coming back here again. If I can post the picture, you can understand. Absolute garbage!
Since they smoke their own meat the meat lovers pizza is to die for ? the texture is perfect and melts in your mouth, will return and recommend.
They have been out of meat for so long now, it’s kinda ridiculous cause most items on the menu include brisket/ pulled pork, they haven’t even bothered to restock. Customer service is awful. It use to be great but this place has definitely gone down hill.
