I enjoy the english muffin sausage egger from A&W over other fast food joints.They have no brown sugar which is weird for what they market a coffee bar.
Always great and fast service also good food the staff are wonderful they take really good care of your needs when in the restaurant you will have a view of the highway to watch all the cars go past while u eat so u can play games with your children like eye spy I'm giving this restaurant 5 stars as I've had a wonderful few experiences here and plan to have more great job a&w ?
No customer service. We stood there for 10 min and no one said hello. One guy was busy cleaning glass and the other two were serving only drive trough. This is second time it happened to us. This time we left snd we’ll never go back there again.

The employees don't seem to know what protocol is. Or, are doing what ever they feel like. When using the app, I chose to have my meal brought to me. I put in my vehicle description and ordered. Arrived at the A&W, I watched an employee bag my meal and leave it on the counter for 10 to 15 minutes. I went in and picked it up myself. I asked the employees (2) if they understood the app and that they were to bring it out to my vehicle. No answer.Tried the same procedure the next day. Same employee brought it to my vehicle. Rather than an apology, gave me an excuse. The drive-thru was so busy they couldn't bring it out and that I should have recognized this and come in for my meal. There was no one in the drive-thru and one car pulled in after me.A week later I tried the same procedure, only rather than park I did them a favor and picked it up at the drive-thru. I waited patiently behind one car that seemed to be waiting longer than normal. Oh, they didn't order food. They were picking up supplies for one of their other stores in the drive-thru.
Not a good location. Inside service is unbelievably slow. We waited almost 40 minutes inside, for chicken strips. Both of the items I wanted, they were out of (wraps and hashbrowns). My friend ordered milk, they gave her chocolate milk. Should've went to the White Spot next door. Won't be back.
They charge for mayo.
